I came home from vacation to find a hole in my yard filled with water, come to find out my septic had backed up and needed to be pumped. I called A&V and Adam was able to come out in under two hours of me calling him and pump my tank! What an absolute professional! He quickly identified the issue (separated pipe from tank) and instructed my brother (who is a plumber) and I how to fix it. Couldnt be happier with the service and price. Adam is a great guy! Highly recommend this company!

We recently had Adam out to pump our septic tank. He came highly recommended by a neighbor who had previously needed more extensive work done on their septic system. He was incredibly professional, called me to confirm what time he would arrive, and showed up right on time, and pricing was spot on with what we anticipated. Will definitely be using his company in the future!

After researching reviews on septic service providers- there appeared to be one company that stuck out...A&V.....they had so many positive reviews. Could he really have that many happy customers???? So I tried them. And based on my experience with A&V....its very easy to see why he gets so many 5 star reviews. Prompt service, very knowledgeable (answered all my questions), efficient, cleaned up the area when he was completed, and just so courteous. Adam gets my vote! Thank you.

Very pleased with A & V septic services! Being a young woman, It was nice to have everything explained to me on how my huge septic system works. Also, he did some extra things to make sure everything was properly running. And put a new top on my septic tank for free bcs mine was broken. I called several other septic companies and A&V had the best price too. I don't normally leave reviews but he definitely deserved for me to take the time to leave this.U won't be sorry calling them!!💩👍🏻

Adam did our septic inspections and he did a great job and provided us a detailed report with photos. He also gave us good advice about our system. He also did our septic tank cleaning and did a professional job. The cost is reasonable too. I highly recommend A & V Septic Services LLC.

I called A&V on a Sunday. The call was answered by a live company representative (not an answering service). We arrived at a mutually convenient two hour window appointment for the next day. Customer service representative quoted a price. The next day they arrived on time. The technician found the lid to my septic tank even when my entire family struggled to find the opening the day before. They pumped the tank as they said they would for the price quoted at the time we agreed to in advance. Fantastic service!

Called A&V on a Thursday afternoon for a routine tank clean-out. Adam Duncan the owner answered and scheduled us for Friday afternoon. Friday morning he had a cancellation so called and was able to come before lunch, but offered to keep the original time slot if we chose. He works fast, price was reasonable, and he answered all my questions (we are first time home owners, previously had city water/sewer). His business is new, but he's been working on septic systems in AA county for years and it shows. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough of how amazing of a service these kind people offer. . We had an issue with fluid backing up into our pipes, which we had attributed to maybe a plumbing issue, but Adam, responded on the very same day of our call. He came out, troubleshoot the issue and then identified a bigger issue. The whole time, he communicated with us and explained the issues. He stayed way later than he had to, and even engineered a temporary solution to our issues so we could keep using our system until it was fixed. He said he'd be back at 8AM the next day. The following morning, his folks were outside waiting at 730 and the rest of his crew showed up promptly at 8, and they got RIGHT after it. They dug up our backyard, discovered the issue and fixed it. Before they were done, they cleaned up the yard, laid down fresh grass seed, and even swept the street! He even fixed our original issue free of charge! Their prices were phenomenal for the amount of work they put in. Consummate professionals, very kind, fair, hardworking people. I can't recommend them enough, and will refer them to anyone I meet.

Adam is AWESOME! I recently bought my house and was unfamiliar with how the septic system worked. A septic alarm went off during the big post-Ian rains and so I called Adam based on his Google reviews. Adam arrived promptly and went above and beyond in explaining how my septic system actually worked and caught the fact that my septic pump had shorted out the outlet. So glad I chose him and will definitely use him again when I need septic assistance in the future. I was actually so happy with his service that I referred him to my brother who is also using him for his septic pumping. Thanks Adam!

A & V Septic Services Came the same day we called for an estimate to repair/replace our distribution box and lines to drywells in our backyard septic system. They proposed a fixed price contract to do the work and said that they could fit us in promptly. All the work was done efficiently, cleanly and the disturbed ground seeded with straw covering as agreed within 5 hours. Highly recommend A & V for septic work!

A&V is amazing! Called at 5:30pm on a Tuesday and they were at my house 8:00am Wednesday, ready to dig in and fix my septic issue. Absolute professional, fair price, and very transparent with what needed, and did not need, to be done. If you are looking for someone who is going to do good work for a reasonable price, and who is not going to cut corners, please call A&V! This is the first home I've owned with a septic system. So, upon getting home to find my alarm going off I felt a certain level of dread over what it was going to cost me to repair. I called A&V because of their high reviews and was not disappointed. They showed up on time and quickly discovered the issue was minor. They were able to fix it in only a few minutes and the cost for service was more than fair. Also, while repairing the problem, the A&V service member seemed happy to answer my various questions about the system even those unrelated to the particular problem. I'm grateful for the service as well as the education! I can't see a reason to call anyone else the next time I need help or routine service.

While there he pumped the tank, inspected the system and dry well, and explained how the system worked as well as maintenance issues to be aware of. We will continue to use A&V for our septic needs.

I called Adam at A&V for a quote and he was by far the best price for Septic pump-out and backflush. I scheduled for the following week. On the day we were scheduled, they were a bit behind schedule which wasn’t a big deal. I really appreciated the call to let us know- communication is key!! Once they arrived we showed them where the cap was for our system and just our luck, Adam found a few things that needed to be addressed. We appreciate the honesty from the companies we hire and Adam definitely helped us and explained what he found and what the issue is and how it needed to be fixed. Even though we require additional work in the future due damage to our cap- we will definitely be using A&V in the future and we will be referring them to our neighbors & friends.

I initially contacted A&V Septic Services for an estimate on a perc test. I had called around to a few other septic contractors and Adam was the only one that offered to take care of all the permit paperwork for me, at basically the same price as others had quoted. What I appreciated most was that even though I wasn't very responsive with returning a signed estimate and submitting payment, Adam followed up with me when the testing season was about to open. He reminded me to submit everything so he could get a permit and get me on the testing schedule as soon as possible. The permit was then ready within a few days, and even though we ended up not being able to schedule the perc test we needed (only because the county didn't do testing for mound septic systems this year), I'll definitely be following up with Adam to finish the job next year.

A few months later I called Adam on a Friday afternoon to schedule a septic tank cleaning, and Adam said he could show up at 4pm the following Monday. He was right on time, the job was done quickly and for a very reasonable price.
