I have a large birthday party coming up at the house and remembered it had been a while since the septic tank had been serviced. I found Arundel Septic Services and was exited to see they are a locally born & raised small family business. I gave them a call and they were able to schedule me for a date & time that worked perfect for me. The truck showed up exactly when I was told it would. Like alot of us I that have contractors over I was interested in what they do but I know to stay out of the way and let them work. They did a thorough cleaning along with inspection. I had a few questions that were answered honestly and with a lot of knowledge. Very professional company that I am happy to call “my septic guys”. I would not hesitate to use them again and I’ll suggest them to anyone that ask who do i use. Thanks again Arundel Septic Services.

Working with Melissa and her team was a great experience during a very stressful time. My wife and I purchased a home in August from a flipper, and seemingly everything was done very well. The home inspection identified just a few minor issues - easy fixes. Fast-forward to easy December - sewage back-up in the basement. UGH!

I called Melissa, and she had Joe out the next day. He investigated and determined there was no exposed cleanout inside the house. We needed a plumber to open up the walls and find it which they did, and them Melissa sent James out to camera the line. Tree roots INSIDE the house, under the basement slab. James was able to clear the line and eliminate the back-up. UGHx10!

Turns out the flipper did not get a permit or inspection, so we have a larger battle on our hands for a permanent repair, but Melissa, Joe, and James were GREAT to work with and helped us keep the back-up from becoming worse in terms of water damage.

We highly recommend them. They are very responsive, do great work, and offer competitive pricing.

My septic system was stopped up and the plumber. I usually use could not get it cleared so he referred me to DrainPro. It was Saturday afternoon at 12:30 when I called to see when they would be able to come out thinking I would have to wait until Monday. They told me they would be here between 1pm and 3pm. I was so surprised because it was a Saturday and to get someone here that quick was amazing. The plumber got to me at 1:15pm and was here around 30 minutes. Took care of my problem Cleaned up any type of mess he might have and then out the door! The plumber was so quick and friendly. It's just not what I'm used to dealing with businesses. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

James came to my home today well equipped with everything needed to clear my sewer line from my home to out completely. I thought I needed my laundry tub line cleaned out too but he told me that wasn't necessary because when he finish all water will flow and it did. I had 2 plumber come out none able to do what he did. I will recommend him and his company to my family & friends. Great job James, Thank you!

True plumber and not a salesman trying to sign you up for a yearly subscription — instead, he fixed the problem we had and would use them/he again for all of our plumbing needs.

I use drain pro often when we’re in need of any jetting services or drain clogs that we just can’t get through. Just about every time they have been able to clear the grease or roots out of the sewer. I’ll continue to call them whenever we need a jetting service.
