My kitchen sink was backed up and a plumber friend that does not do drain cleaning recommended Drain Pro. The tech was friendly and didn't mind me watching b/c I had no never seen a drain snaked out before. Would def. use them in the future, but I hope I don't need to.

Drainpro has done a great job for my clients. As a real estate agent sewer line issues can cause a lot of stress. If you have roots in the line getting it cleaned out with the high pressure cleaning system is a great way to go. Everyone has been very professional

We have used DrainPro on two occasions in the past 3 years. Both times, they have been extremely prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Their technician arrived at or earlier than the estimated arrival time. He identified and took care of the problem. I was extremely impressed and happy with the way the technician cleaned up after himself when the job was completed. They are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

They were fast, efficient, and collaborated with me during their inspection of our household drains. Their description of the drains was clear and helpful. The video of the drains that they showed during the inspection was later saved and shared.

We had a backup in our kitchen sink that we tried to resolve ourselves (with a drain snake), unsuccessfully. That same evening our washing machine drain had the same issue. DrainPro was already scheduled to come the following morning. He was very professional and told me this was an easy fix. He snaked thru the washing machine drain out of the house, preventing having to cut kitchen sink pipes. The blockage was just outside of the house. The service guy was awesome, he put down drop clothes & cleaned up when he was done.
I was very grateful as I had house guests at the time.

I highly recommend Drain Pro. They are very professional and very good at what they do. From clearing a toilet to snaking and videoing a major drain line to identify and clear the blockage. They've been super responsive each time we've called for issues at our restaurants.

After having other company’s come out and charge me money to not fix my issue I called drain pro. Sean came out and knew right away what was going on and had the problem fixed within a couple hours. He was cleanly, respectful of my property, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company and Sean for any drain related issues.
