These guys were amazing! Called on Tuesday and they scheduled us for Thursday morning. We couldn’t get the stopper on the tub off to be able to clear our drain. They were here maybe 15 minutes, removed the stopper and cleared our drain. It’s working perfectly again. Fantastic job!!! Highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend them above everyone else. Father & son company.. Called at 1pm and talked to I assume the owner who said his son would be out..2 hours later my very-difficult-spot-for-a-pipe-to-work-in leak was all fixed by his son. Very friendly, very efficient and honestly, they should be charging more compared to other plumbers I called. They don't price gouge you just to step in your door. Will be calling them immediately next time.. And I am sure there will be more leaks in this house! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. We had a significant sewer line issue at our property that needed a full replacement, and they handled it quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were very flexible with scheduling.

They did exactly what they said they would do, stood by their work, and made sure everything was completed properly. It was not an easy job as they did most of it in the cold and rain, but they completed it with the highest professionalism.

Today we had the pleasure of working with Greer water work and the technician Justin first let me say how respectful & honest from the start he gave us multiple options of fixing put leak on our kitchen ceiling he called it good,better& best of course we went with the best options we had pin hole all on our copper pipe and instead of fixing the one spot he recommended to replace the whole section cuz it would continue to happen I would definitely recommend greer to anyone

Greer was super responsive. They were able to get someone to our house next day. Brian performed our diagnostic and identified our likely issue. Sean was able to come out same day (within an hour of the diagnostic) and perform the suggested actions. These actions were successful in rectifying our issue. The entire team was super knowledgeable and professional! Thanks guys!!

Had an emergency gas leak and Justin came out and spent 3 hours going over every inch of our gas lines and then came back the next day and fixed the issue with Jason. They made me feel a lot safer with all the information about the gas lines and showed me what to do if I ever had that problem again. Will always call them for my plumbing and gas lines . Thanks!!!

Justin and Dave were the plumbers who worked on my house They are very professional and knowledgeable of the craft. Grier waterworks is definitely my go to.

Justin is a professional and got my toilet plumbing fixed the right way. Was very thorough in his work and explained it in a very understandable way. He even identified an additional unrelated plumbing error that I had concerns about before I even told him about it. Get your plumbing done the right way the first time so you don’t pay the price down the road.

We got the pleasure of meeting Justin on a Saturday evening when our toilet was backing up and thank God because he was the man for the job, came straight in with the auger and got our toilet unclogged! He even recommended a company to come help clean up the mess. Justin and Greer will forever be my go to you guys.

This is the 3rd time I have called Greer about plumbing issues. This time we had an emergency on a Saturday and whereas most companies have a recording where you leave a message for someone to return your call, Greer actually had someone answer the phone! She was so nice and gave me a 2 hr window when the technician would arrive. Evan (technician) texted me and arrived early and gave a quote for the work which very reasonable considering it was off hours. He was very nice and answered our questions and we even got a quote from him for some other work we need done. We have been very happy with Greer Water Works. Their prices are good and technicians very nice and knowledgeable and they are just pleasant to work with.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! From the beginning to end everyone employee (laborer, office staff, foreman) was polite, communicated well, and delivered! What was supposed to be 3 day repair, they turned around in one! The process of a plumbing repair is detrimental to the functionality of your household..I was confident in Greer Water Works throughout the whole project!

Replacement of well pump completed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable answered all questions and explained the procedure. They were very professional and polite. We would use again.

Justin and Brian did a fantastic job changing out our 50 gallon electric water heater that was corroded due to well water they also set us up with a new filtration system so if you are looking for someone to test your water, they have a guy named Wyatt that does a fantastic job with the filtration system

Greer came to my house and help me to replace my old shower trim the technician Alex make a excellent installation

Saturday afternoon our sewer ejector went up on us. We had sewage everywhere. They sent the most respectable guy Justin out and let me tell you he helped me out so much even getting all the sewage up got me lined up with a company to get all the sewage and the mold repair because there’s been going on for a while. I will always use Greer and Justin if I have the chance

Called on Monday, Problem solved on Tuesday! Wyatt Forney was prompt, professional, and awesome. He went above and beyond to go procure the parts needed for the job and was back within the hour to make the repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a clogged toilet and it was over flowing on us after hours, a guy named Justin Sullivan came to our rescue! He was awesome took care of the problem in no time at all. I highly recommend this place and their emplyee Justin. 🚽🪠
