We called Anne Arundel Plumbing when we saw water leaking from our ceiling. They came in less than 2 hours from my first phone call! Other companies were telling us it would be a 2 to 4 day wait. Once here they were very efficient at diagnosing the issue and fixed the problem fast! Very reasonable price!! We will definitely use them again!!

Update: trying to be a repeat customer but no call back after trying to call them twice to get help with our new dishwasher. Went with another option for this job.

I can't say enough about Anne Arundel Plumbing! Highly recommend!!! Jeff is always prompt, efficient, thorough, and explains everything they have done. Excellent service, highly knowledgeable, and fair pricing.

I called this business last year to perform backflow testing and I distinctly remembered that they showed up over an hour late.
I figured I’d give them another shot this year for another backflow testing. I called and spoke to the owner and he set me up with an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, they never showed up and they didn’t even call to follow up. Unfortunate.

Jeff and Josh are terrific and I can’t see my family utilizing plumbing services of any other company. We had a concern in our home and Anne Arundel Plumbing was referred by another company whose services we use. We contacted Anne Arundel Plumbing and was greeted by the older Jeff who advised the company could visit our home the same day. Jeff - the son, and Josh arrived at the time communicated, completed the service repair we needed and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. We’re grateful for their responsiveness, the respect they showed our home and the overall work they did for us.

Our main line was clogged, I called in the morning and Jeff was out in the afternoon. Got the line opened, let me know the how what and why. Couldn’t be happier with Jeff and his service.

Can’t say enough about Anne Arundel Plumbing. Got a backflow and backup sump pump tested Jeff couldn’t have been nicer. The price was a lot cheaper than others. They are a family owned business with one truck. They take care of their customers. Reviewers need to remember they take their time with their customers. If you want to get overcharged for on demand service go to a big guy. I’ll stick with Jeff and his dad for good honest work abd a price that can’t be beat.

Worked with this company for 4 years -- used annually for back flow testing and once for a water heater issues, exceptional customer service. So we started recommending them to all of our neighbors!
BUT
Something has changed (Aug 2025). Called for an appointment, left a message without a call back so we called again the next day and were told they were busy that day and didn't know when they could come out and never heard anything again. They really let us down and I'm embarrassed we started recommending them. One of our neighbors called recently and also never got a call back.
Not sure what's changed but we will use another company from now on. What a shame.

Fantastic service. Called this morning to schedule a backflow test and they were able to take care of it the same day. Price was very reasonable and their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Called on a Thursday to have a new dishwasher installed. Jeff said he couldn’t do it Friday but he could Tues or Wed. He said he would call. We called him Wednesday and he said he could do it Thursday and would call in the morning to set up a time. Never called. We called Chesapeake Plumbing on Friday. They came Monday Morning. Did a great job. Don’t waste your time with Anne Arundel Plumbing. If he didn’t want to do it just say so!!

Jeff and his son were great! They helped with an emergency grinder pump replacement. Before coming, Jeff helped me diagnose everything over the phone to make sure I wasn't paying for something I didn't need. His son came on time and was extremely professional. Thanks for the great service!

We had a small basement flood and Anne Arundel Plumbing came and immediately identified the issue. After a few bad experiences with other companies, I located them and I have never used anyone else in the last three years. They are friendly, patient, respectful of your property, and won’t cheat you for the work that they do! I will never use another Plumbing company as long as this company is in business! Family owned and operated and trusted. You won’t go wrong!

I am glad I started using this company after purchasing a new home in Pasadena. I started using them initially for my annual backflow water testing required by the county; they were significantly cheaper than other plumbers I called… I recently had an emergency leak and they were beyond excellent! Jeff & the company saved me and my house by also connecting me with a water mitigation company that was equally responsive and they immediately came to my house that same day once the plumbing portion was repaired. Any time I call Anne Arundel Plumbing, they are extremely friendly, trustworthy, dependable, knowledgable, and respond very fast! Highly respected and strongly recommended!!
