Amazing service! Very professional. Immediately recognized a problem that two other ‘big’ companies couldn’t solve and fixed it in 20 minutes!
Installed an expensive (to me) kitchen faucet, working through a glitch with our counter and it works and looks beautiful!

Called and asked for a service man to come out we had a leak in a pipe and the main shut off valve wasn't working. Came out after an hour of my call, gave us suggestions and we trusted his judgement. He was courteous, conscience of my home, respectable. Fixed us up and did not over charge. I highly recommend this company and I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to trusting people. But I am extremely impressed with this company!!!

During "Stage 1" of this Covid mess I needed a plumber. I knew I had a stoppage and called several companies. The owner of Anne Arundel Plumbing took the time to hear what the problem was and his son showed up within an hour (I'm sorry I don't remember names). In a very short time the drain was clear with an extremely satisfied customer.
I was quoted an excellent price over the phone and that's what I was charged.
I found a contractor who does things the right way. Family owned and a huge asset to their community.

Highly recommend! I called on new years eve about my sump pump, they were out here within roughly 2 hours, and fixed my problem in about 40 minutes. Made sure to explain everything to me in full detail, and showed me what the problem was and what I was paying for. As long as I am able to use them, they will be my first call.

WOW!!! I called and spoke with Mr.Pumphrey because our Noritz was flashing a code 29 and we didn’t have any hot water. Mr. Pumphrey suggested a simple reset before scheduling an appointment. It worked!!! WHO considers & prioritizes their customers these days??? Mr. Pumphrey DOES!!! Jeffrey and his son are the absolute best! They are so knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Today they helped fix a problem which if not fixed would have delayed my bathroom remodeling tomorrow. They got over today and handled the repair. A1 service you can depend on.

AAP was recommended to us from a neighbor, and we won't be using anyone else. We were able to get two same day visits, and the team is very quick, friendly, and efficient. They gave us honest feedback on the best methods to conduct repairs, as well as excellent advice on products to use. They didn't charge a fee to assess the situation, and their pricing for repairs was very reasonable.

Jeff and Jeff came out in a couple hours from my first call and fixed a leak that has been a minor problems for years in half an hour. Great team and superfast! Could not have been happier and the fix has been tested and was great. Definitely will use again and recommend.

Arrived on time and made room for me in a busy schedule to get back flow testing done! They were quick, polite, and there was no fuss at all. Backflow testing was 90$, cash or check, and easily accomplished.

The drain on my kitchen sink was leaking. I called Anne Arundel Plumbing bright an early before I had to leave for work and they pretty much came right out! They were friendly and courteous got the job done and even made sure that I was prepared for winter by making sure my outside hoses were off for the winter. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them!

The day I called, the owner listened to my problem and sent his son to come look at what was causing the leak. The responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work are all worth reviewing here. As a new Anne Arundel County resident I was required to provide a Backflow Test & report to the county. Anne Arundel Plumbing (a family business) was responsive, available, prompt, and the service was priced within my budget. My son was also impressed with their customer service as he greeted them while I was at work. I will definitely contact them again for any plumbing needs.

Called in need of an active leak checked and a backflow test done. Scheduled an appointment to which they were a no-show. We had an out of town trip planned at the end of that week and ended up having to leave without getting our leak looked at. Called again once back home to schedule another appointment. They thought we only needed backflow checked. We moved on to another company. Don't waste your time with this company. They clearly do not care.

Needed to have the annual Fire system backflow test done. Anne Arundel Plumbing was quick to respond. They came out fast, I added a tankless hot water heater flush. Both were done quickly and efficiently. Price quoted is what I was charged. I was very happy with the job done. Everyone involved were friendly and professional. Called on Friday afternoon, the truck was here literally 15 minutes after I contacted them. I explained my toilet issue to Jeff, he listened & knew exactly what repair needed to be done. They were fast, efficient & cleanly and the cost was fair. Will definitely use them again if needed & will recommend them to family & friends.

I called Anne Arundel Plumbing to repair a leaking tub spout and to correct low water pressure in my shower. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they did not charge a fee to come out and assess the situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that both of my shower diverters had lifetime warranties and advised me to call the manufacturer to get the parts at no cost. When I advised Jeff that I could not reach a representative at the manufacturer, he immediately contacted one of his suppliers who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I received the parts a few days later. As soon as I informed Anne Arundel Plumbing that I had received the parts, they came out immediately to complete the repair.

They went out of their way to save me money and to accommodate my schedule. They are extremely responsive, professional and competent and their rates are much lower than other companies I have used, especially the big local plumbing companies. I have always prefer small family owned businesses and this was no exception. It is obvious that they care deeply about doing a good job for their customers. I HIGHLY recommend Anne Arundel Plumbing!!!

I needed to do my annual backflow assembly testing, and Jeff and crew were great! My quote matched the final price, and they were in and out in about 15 minutes. They kept in touch with me to update me on availability and arrived on time when they said they would arrive. They were friendly, professional, and personable, and I will definitely be calling them again next year and beyond for any testing or plumbing needs. 10/10👍

Having trouble with my water heater, I called Anne Arundel Plumbing and left a message with details of my problem. A few hours later I got a return call. He completely understood my issue and explained how they could repair (rather than replace) it, told me how I could reset the internal breaker to get hot water and offered to come out in several days unless the reset workaround didn't work. This was a perfect solution for me. As promised, he called me at 8am on Monday morning and the team arrived 10 minutes later. The guys drained the tank and replaced the thermostats and heating elements (at least one of which had developed a leak) and I was back in business with little interruption. This was terrific and a very cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire water heater. I would highly recommend giving them a call.
