I really needed to have my toilet replaced right away, I called 5 local plumbers, Pasadena Plumbers was the only one that answered the phone. They came out the following morning and got the job done quickly and for a fair price. They will be the first one I call for a plumbing issue.

Most compasionate and friendly gentlemen! They truly made me feel as though they cared when my plumbing emergency occurred! They reassured me it would be fixed, offerred knowledge in regard to the issue and were so reasonably priced! They were ny heros today :) if you are in the Pasadena area and you have a plumbing emergency please call this company they are absolutely wonderful and they won't nickel-and-dime you or rob you like Len the plumbers and some of these other big-name companies in the area. They are a family-owned business who really care about their customers.

These guys showed up in a passenger car, instead of a commercial truck/van... I should have told them to leave right then and there. After quoting me on a price, DIRECTLY before the job, they increased the price after completion (keep in mind, no extra work, nor additional time was necessary... job was completed in less than 30 mins with no additional tools). Also, they left the replaced fixtures in my backyard because they didn't have a truck to haul everything away. So, I guess I'm going to have to rent a truck to haul these bathroom items to a landfill? Lastly, they were supposed to come back and complete a minor install they couldn't perform from the first job, and naturally, they cancelled last minute, at 9PM the night before, after I took off and arranged for someone to be present for the appointment. Yet, they were completely free when they were trying to up-sell me on an $1100 hot water heater replacement. All in all, this "company" is seriously unprofessional. I'm going to look elsewhere for future needs.

I had an issue with a broken pipe in the bathroom and a leak in another. They arrived a couple hours after making the phone call in the morning even though the lady who answered the phone told me it would probably be in the afternoon. A father and son duo. I thought it was funny "the son"(sorry I don't remember his name) had a lot of colorful things to say about the previous owner's plumbing skills. He educated me on what was wrong, why and let me know how to fix it in the future. If you have any issues with plumbing, I highly recommend these guys.

Tony was great. He and his son came to our rescue and assessed the situation in between calls. They came the next morning and installed a new water heater. We had another issue and Tony went out of his way to help us find the source of the problem and recommend people to assist. Thank you both so much.

My parents had a clogged pipe from the kitchen over to their bathroom on Thanksgiving Day. I tried plunging and running water pressure down the lines but nothing worked.... We called several plumbers but no one was available. Pasadena Plumbers came out, snaked the line and had everything running smoothly within less than an hour; and he didn't change an arm and a leg. We have used Pasadena Plumbers several times for different minor plumbing jobs. They have replaced the internals in our two toilets that were running, they replaced a kitchen sink faucet and sprayer, and fixed some plumbing under a sink that was leaking. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They show up as promised and their pricing is reasonable. When our faucet was broken, Mike actually went to two different hardware stores to find us a replacement before coming back to finish the job. Because we were so impressed, we are hiring them again for our bigger jobs - to add an outdoor hose spigot and replace our water heater. We are confident in their work and you should hire them too!

Had a very nasty surprise today. Our water heater decided to quit and my shut off valve completely failed. Pasadena Plumbers to the rescue!! I couldn’t stop the water and they came right away. Less than two hours later I have a brand new water heater. I am so thankful! They’re a local, family-owned business and they were wonderful. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!
