Have been using Priority Plumbing for annual back flow valve testing for the last 4 years. Always professional, prompt, and courteous. Good guys.. Great service and fair prices. Trust is earned, these guys have earned it.

Tim & Dino responded quickly to the issues that my rocking/wobbly toilet was posing when it would leak all over the bathroom floor from it’s base!!
This had been the third attempt of a professional plumber to repair this headache 🤕!!! But Tim was able to “PROPERLY “ (for the first time ever!) make an accurate assessment of the situation and give me proper options for the real problem which happened to lie just below the eyesight of any human in the subfloor! Zach’s crew knowledgeably referred me to a carpenter who was more than capable of fixing my floors. He arrived later that evening, made the correct repairs, and gave Zach’s guys the correct foundation for maintenance on my leaky toilet, which…. Thankfully, Dino & Tim came back early the next morning to finish up on! What a great help to me those guys from PRIORITY PLUMBING & DRAIN were!!!!

Had Josh and Nick from Priority plumbing fix my kitchen up. It was a huge, huge job that should have taken days, but these guys fixed us up before mid-afternoon on the first day. I was astounded at how fast these guys work! They were also some of the nicest guys I’ve ever had come out here to work. It was a pleasure doing business with them, from start to finish! Thank you a thousand times to Priority Plumbing & Drain for getting us our kitchen back!

Shower pipe was leaking. Called & came out a few hours later. Fixed it & was reasonable. Young man was very courteous. This is second time he has been here. Last time he fixed the leaking gasket on toilet. Pleased with services.

I am very happy with the Plumber, Zach, who did the inspection at our home today. He maintained a professional and pleasant demeanor which was refreshing. He not only worked quickly but also took the time to explain the pump system to me. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family.

The only Priority here is to separate you from your cash. This was a simple septic drain blockage and they tried snaking the line but were not able to go beyond 23 ft for dear of damaging the snake. After a few minutes of trying they packed up and left charging $540 which was indicated to be a flat rate for this job. Total time onsite less than 40 minutes. They did offer that the entire line could be replaced at upwards of $30,000. Thanks for nothing Priority, waste of money, waste of time.

Josh and Nick were knowledgeable, fast and provided very helpful feedback throughout the process. They replaced my shower trims in 2 bathrooms, and did an excellent job. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They were also incredibly kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Dj (Darin) and Nick were incredibly responsive, took additional time to explain all parts and equipment and how they function to ensure my safety needs were met. They worked diligntly, efficiently and provided helpful tips on how to extend the life of the water heater. They were truly a godsend and saved me from a catastrophe of an over pressurized water heater that could burst at a moment's notice. They were incredibly professional, respectful and highly reliable. Their teamwork was unparalleled and they were able to complete the job timely. I'm grateful for these men and would recommend their company to anyone!!

Top notch experience from initial contact until job completion. Jess was so helpful and courteous when I called to set up my appointment. Zach and Nick arrived and were very thorough in the explanation of our options for a new hot water heater. They did a great job installing the unit, cleaned everything up, and made sure that we understood how to utilize the new hot water heater. Excellent experience all around. I highly recommend This company for all of your plumbing needs.

If I could give more stars, I definitely would! David and Billy are amazing rockstars!!! These guys came in with confidence, knowledge, and kindness. David did an excellent job really evaluating the best approach and explaining to me what he was going to do. They really made my whole experience a pleasant one. I hat a great experience! No one is ever excited about plumbing issues however if you find yourself needing a plumber I highly recommend these folks. Not only did they come same day, they came earlier than originally planned …. Which was wonderful ! My issues were fixed, tested and messes were cleaned before they left Very polite and respectful of me and my house. Very pleased!

The hunks at Chesapeake Plumbing did a fantastic job for a great price. We had to replace all plumbing in our basement and they showed up on time, we’re polite and finished the job quickly. We were quoted over $12,000 from a shady competing plumber. Chesapeake came in with an honest quote at more than 1/10th of the price. I will be using Chesapeake Plumbing for all my future needs.

I have used Chesapeake Plumbing a few times over the years and have always been impressed. Today, my sewer ejector pump backed up flooding my laundry room. I was surprised when they were able to fit me in on a Friday afternoon and was so appreciative! Ryan showed up about 2 hours later and was able to fix my issue relatively quickly! My Friday was looking pretty crappy, but Ryan and Chesapeake Plumbing made my day! Thank you!

The guy that came out (david) was very nice. On time and quick service. Annual Backflow testing. Just wish it was a little cheaper but every place seems expensive nowadays. Highly recommend Chesapeake plumbing. Quick to get an appointment as well

I had a leak in a copper pipe and needed to shut my main water line off. All businesses I contacted were booked up, especially with the upcoming New Years holiday. Amanda from Chesapeake Plumbing responded to an email inquiry within 5 minutes and had me scheduled for the following day. She was very considerate to send plumbers to my address first thing in the morning, hours sooner than my initial 11am appointment. She is excellent at communication and made me feel valued as the customer. The plumbers, David and Billy, were able to replace the corroded section of the pipe within an hour. They were very professional and helpful.

David and Jay were fast and efficient. Located the issue and replaced the problem. Left the area cleaner than they found it. Appreciate the good service.
