I am very happy about my experience with Billy today. I would highly recommend this company. I've dealt with several others in the past and this was by far the best outcome I could've asked for. Was on time, polite, affordable and explained things very well.

Jon Davis showed up on time, went right to work and installed a new kitchen faucet. He needed to do a little troubleshooting with the existing lines and knew just what to do. I have always had a great experience with Alpha Plumbing; the job gets done at a reasonable price.

Prompt, knowledgeable and did a great job. Had one of those weird and slightly complex issues in an older house and they completely took care of everything for a very, very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will definitely be bringing them back in the future

We have been customers of Alpha for years, and I can say they do great work. I also never leave a negative review, but after today’s service felt like I needed to comment on the customer service of the technician today. The weather today was wet and muddy and he did not put on booties or remove shoes until well after I asked — and well after he had completely dirtied the carpet. Our weekly cleaning crew (happened to be here at the same time) pointed out the mess he was making and had to go back to do extra work to clean it up. The tech also left a sink running after he turned the main water line back on — but didn’t notice it was running for a while. It flooded the entire area in front of the sink and we are now running a space heater next to it to dry the carpet up.

Very frustrating.

Dan showed up on time and went right to work. He was professional, friendly, and he fixed our problem quickly. He also gave me a complete update on the problem. I was charged a fair price and received the receipt immediately afterwards over email. I've used Alpha Plumbing before and will do so again.

Honest work with fair pricing! I had to have a bathroom faucet upgraded and everything went well and according to plan. Mike was great.

Seriously, a plumber friend of mine moved away and said 1) these guys were the best around. And 2) you could trust them. He was right on both counts. And, I have used them 4 or times.

Dan and his apprentice came by today to drain and do a maintenance check on my water heater. And man they were respectful and professional Dan took the time to explain the whole process to me and explained my system and what future work needed to be done and explained he could do it now if I wanted but was respectful when I declined and asked for a later date. All in all service labor and experience 5 starts.

Billy did a great job with the backflow service. He called 20 mins before arriving and showed up right on time. The whole process was smooth and professional. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment with this company. Highly recommend their service!

Fantastic company with very knowledgeable and capable team. We moved into an older home with drainage issues to its septic tank as well as tree roots growing into a section of cast iron drain. Alpha replaced the cast iron section with PVC and corrected the angle of the drain so it flows properly to our septic tank. They did high quality work at a reasonable price.

I have had great service from Alpha Plumbing. I’ve been using them for several years now, and I always get prompt service, fair pricing and solid work. I trust them; they have never tried to sell me something I don’t need, or scare me into having unnecessary work done. They are always my first call for all my plumbing needs and I have never been disappointed.

Chuck, Andrew and crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient from the moment our project began. We have an older home with original cast iron drain pipes that were split in multiple locations, causing increasingly toxic sewer odors to permeate the house. The crew was able to excavate, remove and replace the entire plumbing system beneath our concrete slab in one day - they were even able to save both showers by avoiding any demolition to the shower pan while still managing to replace the connecting drain pipes! I especially appreciated their flexibility in scheduling when we had to push the project back several days. I will be using Alpha for all our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend their services.

He's very professional and friendly..Showed up during the scheduled appointment time, took care of my corroded kitchen sink drain pipe quickly, cleaned up the mess, and gave some advice on what I can do to avoid possible plumbing issues. I have had a lot of success with alpha plumbing.

We received a much higher price from another contractor for the work that we ultimately had Alpha Plumbing perform. They were very easy to deal with and our tech, Brian Key, was extremely professional and competent. We will definitely use them again.

We called just after 8am, got a 10am appointment. Our plumber Logan was fantastic! Super knowledgable and helped us find the right solution for our frozen pipes. We will definitely be using them again! Logan deserves a raise for crawling around in our dreadful crawlspace and being a fantastic sport about it!!

Our tech arrived during the scheduled time and did a quick job. He showed us what the problem was and told us how he’d fix it, then showed us the end result. He let us know that he was going for the least expensive fix first and luckily for us, that first plan worked and we didn’t have to replace much at all.

Alpha Plumbing is phenomenal! They finished a delicate gas line installation on time and kept me updated every step of the way, including photos for each phase of the work. Dan Bateman and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The county inspector immediately approved their work. I trust and highly recommend them for any complicated job.
