I contacted Priority Plumbing when I had a water heater leak and lack of hot water. They came out quickly (within the same weekend), were thorough and professional, and outlined my options. Service was completed in a timely manner and the price seemed on par with what I’d have expected. I would highly recommend!

I discovered water leak under the kitchen sink and saw someone on my neighborhood fb group had recommended Priority Plumbing. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Tim was on time and identified the problem quickly. He also informed me of another minor issue and checked the bathrooms in our home to make sure nothing else was wrong. I felt he was honest and explained everything! I highly recommend!

Tim's (Priority Plumbing & Drain) professionalism, courtesy, and pleasant personality definitely stood out during the visit. He was able to locate and repair a plumbing issue that was missed by a previous service provider. Priority arrived on time and completed the job with no issues. The company texts with appointment reminders and when they are on the way to your location, which is appreciated. Zach explained all of the features of the new touchless faucet we had purchased and showed us how to troubleshoot any issues we may have with the product in the future. During installation they did uncover an issue that we were not aware of with our water shut-off. Their truck was well stocked so they had the part on hand and were able to fix it on the spot. Very happy with the level of service that we received.

They're definitely my go-to plumbing company from now on! This is my second time calling them to fix a clogged drain, and they've exceeded my expectations once again. From scheduling a next-day appointment to Tim's professional and friendly demeanor, I highly recommend Priority Plumbing for their prompt, expert service and outstanding customer care.

I had a leak in my basement sink with my filtration system, dryer and washer feed to. I emailed them at 11:00 at night and heard back from them with in hour and had an appointment set for 8 - 11 the next morning. They showed up a few minutes after 8. Provided a full house review at no charge and fixed my sink drain in an hour. Charge was reasonable. I pay for an AHS home warranty and since they and their contractor network are so poor, I decided to pay out of pocket to get this fixed quickly. Great job; highly recommended and will use again. If only AHS has this company on their network!

They were able to fix the leak in a timely manner and did a full check on all the other systems in our home too. Five stars!

Update: Second time using them now and they’ve been great! I messaged on a Sunday and received a prompt response even though they’re technically closed Sundays. Tim is the best, and not only was he able to help fix the water issue we were having , he also helped with recommendations for finding someone to fix the drywall damage cause by the water. It’s great peace of mind knowing if anything goes wrong with the plumbing that we have someone we can call who is reliable, professional, and affordable!

Dj and Nick did a phenomenal job! They were very professional and very personable at the same time. They also came in a very timely manner! I highly recommend anyone with a plumbing or water heating issue to contact them asap, you won’t be disappointed.

Professional & responsive! These folks are amazing! From scheduling to service completion. I love their use of technology. It’s comforting to receive a text with a photo of your assigned technician and who doesn’t love an emailed receipt for record keeping.

Customer service is top tier, starting with scheduling! Ashley always makes me feel like everything will be fine no matter the issue. Zach is super responsive, I mean beyond the call of duty responsive and super kind.

My last service was performed by Tim and he was just the sweetest. Answering questions is very important to me and he was so patient with me—answering all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked the same ones and with a smile. If you’re in search of a plumber, don’t hesitate! 🤗

Tim was great. Came out and investigated our garbage disposal issue and replaced it quick. He also checked out our other plumbing fixtures for free! Great company.

We have been using Priority for several years. For this visit, we called when we noticed our kitchen disposal was leaking. Tim and Darren were able to come out the next day and were on time and professional. While here, they were able to accommodate another repair, which I hadn’t mentioned when scheduling the appointment.

DJ and Josh did a great job replacing a faulty pipe that was leaking in our basement. DJ gave us tons of options and was very informative. He's a great asset to your company.

Darren did a great job completing the work I needed done. He is a very professional, polite young man. He arrived on time and after seeing the job, he explained in detail what was needed to disconnect an old kitchen sink so it could be removed. I am writing this because the two men that came to my house are incredible! I consider myself to be a good judge of people right away. I had nothing but good vibes the minute they introduced themselves! D.J. and Nick are the real deal…honest, polite, friendly, basically just down to earth good guys. I had a complete meltdown this morning after finding out they wouldn’t be able to come back out until Monday due to the holiday. Being without water for five days has taken its toll on my mental status to say the least.
So while I was crying and filling up any containers I could find with water from the neighbors hose, I saw them coming up the street on their van. I was so happy!!! Thank you to the owner for allowing them to come out and bless us with a temporary means to have some kind of water for showers. I am SO GRATEFUL to all of you. This has been a nightmare and your guys are the light at the end of the tunnel. I will recommend you and them to anyone I know. They make having to wait and skip Thanksgiving totally worth it. DJ and Nick came out to fix a toilet overflow issue that started a huge leak elsewhere. They came out and assessed the issue, fixed it, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. DJ was very thorough explaining what happened, what we should expect, and general advice. Highly recommend this company, as the care for their customers really show. Thank y’all!

My son demolished a pipe/cover mowing the lawn, leaving the pipe jagged and the opening exposed to dirt and debris. Nick was super quick to respond and did an amazing job on the repair! The replacement looks better than the original and the kids are safe to play outside again :) Thanks Nick!

This is the only plumbing company I trust and will use. Everyone who I have had the pleasure to meet or talk to has been incredibly nice and helpful. I have gone through so many plumbing companies and have always been disappointed. This is the only Plumbing company I trust and will forever use. Big shout out to Tim, who was Extremely friendly And an amazing worker. DJ who came over right away when I called and told them that my water heater was leaking. Within 10 minutes, he was at my house and the very next morning he replaced it and Will was also there helping him out and he was great. DJ also told me about flushing my water heater something that the last plumbing company never told me to do. You can tell the people who work for this company take pride in what they do. I highly recommend using this company and will be passing their name along to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Thank you all for the amazing service!!!!

DJ was exceptional in troubleshooting during his visit today! I would highly recommended him and the company to other customers. I look forward to seeing him again soon to complete the repair to my Noritz tankless water heater.

The guys did a great job going over my options. Did a great job installing and getting the electric guys here to hook it up. My only issue was the cost. I realize the electricians got a couple hundred but $3000 to install a new electric water heater seems excessive.
