Jon Davis showed up ready to work. He was very friendly, very personable and very informative. While he was busy installing the disposal he was also telling me about the disposal and how it works. Alpha Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. Brian did an excellent job fixing the hot water issue in my shower. He was professional, respectful, courageous and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and fair. Alpha Plumbing is now my new go to company whenever I have a plumbing problem. Priority plumbing is fast, professional. They even alerted us to a free Faucet replacement as it was still in warranty. I will definitely call them again if needed. I highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest but the quality of service, timeliness and efficiency are worth it.

Worked with Tim to plan an upcoming basement kitchen install. Worked successfully with Tim and other Priority plumbers before and this time was as positive as the others. I called Priority Plumbing last minute to have a sewer scope completed the following day. I spoke to Zach who was very quick to accommodate my tight schedule. Zach arrived on time the next day and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly he was honest and straight forward about my plumbing needs. The scope footage was recorded and a report was emailed to me within the same hour. If you are looking for an honest and skilled plumber, you can count on Zach!

Crew arrived on time and gave me an itemized quote prior to starting the repair. They took time to explain and go over my options. Crew worked diligently and professionally taking care of the surrounding area. It showed that they take pride in what they do and that they respect people's property. Jason and James had to reroute a toilet supply line that was originally run as hot, adjust sink drain to fit new vanity, and install vanity. Work was exceptional! Tricky job as they had to cut into the wall. Thought it out and explained what they were going to do. Respectful of property. Used shoe covers and tarps. Neat, clean, knowledgeable.
Jess at the office kept us informed of the schedule and worked to best fit our needs.

Priority plumbing has been our plumber for years and they always provide quality, timely service. I've even reached out to Zach on Facebook after hours before and he's given me advice free of charge. Highly recommend, the whole team there is outstanding!

They are the only company that could come out the same day when I had an emergency. They inspected everything & it turned out I needed new piping, along with some other things. They were very clear with giving me several options, but I chose to have everything they recommended done.
It was a project & they were able to complete it quickly! I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home while I ran some errands as well.

This is our second time using Priority Plumbing and Drain and will not be our last. Tim was our technician and he was personable, friendly, transparent, and did an absolutely amazing job fixing our garbage disposal, fixing a hot water issue with our washing machine, and fixing some other plumbing issues we had around the house.

The price was reasonable and fair for all of the work we had done and we are extremely satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. They also offer financing options and great warranty's.

We bought a house in Pasadena about a year ago and have had SO MANY problems since then. Every single time we've had plumbing issues, Zach & team has been super responsive and helpful. Always on time, reasonably priced, excellent communication, and transparent about pricing. Plus, the guys who have come to the house have always been super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. :)

Zach was great! I had a leak from my upstairs toilet into my kitchen ceiling. He was able to get to my job quickly, offered a very fair price and made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving my house. I will call him first for any future plumbing concerns. Definitely recommend!!!

I contacted them about having a battery back up sump pump at my parents house and Zack was able to give me a quote over the phone. After several estimates we decided on Priority Plumbing and we were scheduled for an install a couple days later. Tim and Dino were quick and great explaining the new set up to my dad. Zach is wonderful. We had an emergency on a Sunday and he came right out and worked for a few hours and then came back the next day and resolved the issue. He was professional and nice and explained everything in detail and showed us what he was doing and why. I see now why multiple people in my neighborhood recommended him. I will definitely be calling him with any plumbing issues we have/need taken care of. He is the nicest guy!!!!!

The team with priority plumbing was amazing! I called late at night when a light fixture the level below a toilet began leaking. Their on-call plumber was at another location but assured me that the leaking would resolve once the toilet drained and it could be looked at in the morning, which they were correct. Tim showed up promptly in the morning, assessed the situation and all the plumbing throughout the house in case there was anything else that needed to be addressed. Tim was able to clear my main sewage line blockage and repair where the leak was stemming from. Tim and Nick left the house clean. They were very professional, easy to talk to, and put my worry at ease. I will definitely call them for my future needs :)

We had Priority Plumbing do some sewer pipe replacement for us 2 years ago so when our garbage disposal started leaking I knew exactly who to contact.
We were very pleased with the experience and service received from Tim. We were given a timeframe between 12pm and 3pm and he was here 12pm on the dot, friendly, good communication and quick but efficient with his work. While he was here for the garbage disposal, he also offered to check on other areas of the house. He shared his findings as well as options we could go with. He noticed our faucet was loose and though I communicated it was something I could do, after he left I noticed he went ahead and fixed the faucet. Greatly appreciated that. We ended up foregoing any other services as they weren’t in our price range and main concern was the leaking garbage disposal. However we will definitely be giving them a call for future services.

Zach and his crew are hands down THE BEST. We have had an issue with a busted water pipe in our garage all summer, and I had been putting off fixing it because I felt it was going to be a big project and I didn’t want to deal with it. My husband and I finally decided to just get it done before the winter and I had heard rave reviews about Zach. They were all correct! I reached out to Zach on Saturday afternoon and within minutes he had responded to me, and we had made an appointment. They showed up on time, clean, professional and made me very comfortable with their work. They told me what they were doing step by step, and I never questioned if what he was telling me was true. They are VERY fairly priced, super quick, and they make sure you are 100% satisfied with their job. He even checked on me later in the day to make sure my husband and I were still happy! If you need a plumber, Zach is your guy. I can’t recommend him enough!

Very responsive and professional! We had an urgent plumbing issue and I sent a message in the early morning and had 2 responses by 8am. Our technician, Jason, and his assistant were there during the allotted time frame later that morning and provided a thorough inspection and detailed breakdown of our 5 options. EXTREMELY grateful to Zach and his team. We had an emergency situation where a pipe backed up in our home causing flooding through our ceiling. Zach was out here immediately and spent a good part of his night working on the issue. They returned promptly the next day and did a wonderful job getting our pipe all fixed up. I highly recommend them! Zach also let us know we could call him at any time should any issue arise!

The two plumbers who came, Tim and Dino, were very respectful and did an awesome job. They installed a new pipe and now my bathtub is draining better than it ever did!
