Jason was wonderful! We've had a slow draining kitchen sink for a few weeks now, it finally got to the point where we needed some help. I called Jason on a Wednesday afternoon and he was able to fit me in for an estimate on Friday morning. Jason was on time, professional, and had all the materials on hand to resolve the issue right away! He even gave me some tips and tricks on how to avoid this in the future, which I greatly appreciated. He was also dog friendly, which is always a plus when you have a dog who is interested in everything and every one! I highly recommend Jason and his business!

Jason is amazing and stands out from others by providing all around top notch service! While I had him out to do routine back water testing, few plumbing related issues became clear. He fully explained everything, took pictures, provided quotes for the work and scheduled right away to get the issues taken care of. He is thorough, informative, sooo pleasant, prompt, well versed in scope of work, and his pricing is excellent. He has earned my loyalty for plumbing work and I can't recommend more highly.

Just had a good quality toilet installed at a great price. We are so pleased with the communication, workmanship, and cost of the job. Highly recommend. We have hired Calvert Plumbing and Backflow Services many times this I posted the review on the toilet installation. I cannot say enough about the service we have received. Fast service, honest prices, excellent work, very friendly owner and his staff are just as nice. So happy that I found Calvert Plumbing and Backflow Services!!! In the past, I had some plumbing issues and the jobs were overpriced or spread out over a day or two costing money. But from the very time we contacted Calvert Plumbing, the job was quick, efficient, and at a great price. I found Calvert Plumbing & Backflow Services based on facebook recommendations. I needed a dishwasher installed. Jason was very responsive and flexible with scheduling. His employee was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any question I had and made sure he cleaned up the work area. I will definitely contact Jason for my plumbing needs going forward.

I had a shower pipe repaired and corroded pipes around the main water valve replaced. Austin and Tyler were absolutely fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all of the questions I could think of and were kind enough to thoroughly explain other plumbing-related issues and give me recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

I've called and had Jason out to the house three times now for my kitchen sink clogging. Since my line is so long and I only have a 25' snake it's an issue to tend to it myself. This 3rd time he came out, he installed a vent to help the line drain easier. He and his guys are on time, professional, and the prices are very good compared to others in the area. Added benefit that it's a locally owned business in my community.

I have contacted Calvert Plumbing & Backflow Services to complete our backflow tests for a few years now and the service does not disappoint. When completing the backflow tests recently, his team noticed an issue with a pipe and easily explained the process on how it can be fixed. The service/repair costs are reasonable compared to others. His team was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Even when speaking directly to Jason, he is always friendly and professional. Always working to get you scheduled as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend these guys!

After a horrifying experience with a sewer line backing up into the house, we contacted big-name plumbing company. They seemed like aggressive sales-people rather than anything else. They only gave me 1 and only 1 option which would cost about as much as a new car.

So we found Calvert Plumbing and Backflow Services online. I called the number and actually spoke directly to Jason, the owner of the company. Within a couple of days, he sent out Jeremy and Kyle who did everything they could for us (they were also really good with my dogs!). They were able to show me what the problem was and discuss different options available to get us back in working order (the sewer line had to be replaced due to alllllll the tree roots).

Jason and Jeremy came back out to do the actual sewer line replacement. They were very thorough in explaining what was going on and even took pictures of inside the part of the line that goes under the street - also with alllllll the tree roots. They were a big-time life saver and fixed the problem on our end!

All in all, Calvert Plumbing and Backflow was very professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and affordable. I would highly recommend them and would contact them again in the future for plumbing issues.

If you’re in the Solley Road, Marley Neck area, he’s around and can get to you. He fit me in same day for a water heater replacement in my rental house. Called/texted at 10 AM, new water heater by 2 PM. Jason makes it look easy! Before on the left -After on the right.

Actually, this is my second experience using Calvert Plumbing. On both occasions, it was a positive experience. Jason and Zach are professional and courteous and the work was performed efficiently and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Calvert Plumbing in the future and will refer family and friends. We use Calvert plumbing for backflow testing yearly for a very responsible price! We were admittedly late this year. Since we had already winterized our outdoor sprinkler, it was recommended to call the county & request for rescheduling to synchronize our due dates at the expense of the company. They could’ve gotten $$ out of us now & again in the early summer when it’s due but instead looked up the number for the county office & told me what to say to get the schedule changed. The lady in the county office was so sweet & understanding too! This is top notch customer service & we were already returning customers. I definitely recommend Calvert Plumbing & Backflow!

Outstanding customer service! I called to schedule a backflow inspection. I was scheduled for service the same day and the report/results were filed with the county the same day as well. Jason and the technician were extremely friendly. This was my third year using this company and i will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend their services!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My water supply line broke on the Sunday before labor day and Alpha came out on Tuesday to put together a quote. The entire job was done by Friday!!
