HEY I LIKE TO THANKS GREER WATER WORKS FOR TAKING CARE OF MY WELL PROBLEM THEY CAME ON AND WAS THERE NOMORE THAN AN HOUR AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.. BEFORE THEY CAME I CALLED 2 OTHER COMPANYS THEY CHARGED ME $600 A PIECE AND WAS THERE FOR COUPLE OF HOURS AND DIDN'T DO NOTHING... Great prompt service today. Helped with a quick repair of a broken water main in the ground. Brian and Brendon were professional and the repair was done correctly. They took care to protect the driveway and lawn for the dig as well with tarps and plywood. Finished with a clean sweep and my water service is back up and running. Would recommend.

Brandon is a young guy with fantastic old school customer service! He was respectful, knowledgeable, punctual, inquisitive, and offered solutions based on what we discussed. My water heater went out today around 3:00pm. I was referred to Carson by a friend and he did not disappoint. By 8:00pm my new heater was installed and working as it should. Alex (and coworker) were super pleasant and professional. For an emergency situation, on a Sunday, I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Thank you Greer!!

Justin came out to diagnose and resolve an issue with the shower drain, but was so thorough that he actually found another issue that was much more pressing and needed to be dealt with as soon as possible. He is friendly, helpful, and easy to schedule with, and I trust him in my home.

I had a backup and first called another company, but they couldn’t come out for a day. When I called Greer, the manager, Sophia, answered the phone and was so helpful and kind. She told me that Sean would be out within two hours, and he arrived in just 45 minutes. He snaked my drain and gave me great advice on how to prevent the kitchen drain from backing up again. I can’t recommend this company enough—they were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Justin and Wyatt did a fantastic job replacing the leaky copper lines on our filtration system. They explained that the chemicals in our well water were eating up the copper and recommended switching everything over to plastic lines instead. We really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism — everything looks great and works perfectly now. I’d definitely recommend Justin, Wyatt, and Greer for any plumbing needs!

had a clogged shower drain that was backing up badly, and it was becoming a real hassle. I called Greer Water Works, and Sean came out the same day. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He cleared the drain quickly and made sure everything was flowing smoothly before he left. He even cleaned everything up I wish I had the after photo of it being clean there was so much debris in the shower I can’t believe he got on his knees and wiped it all up highly suggest.

Justin was fantastic. He came out and he fixed our spigot before winter time when it broke. five star and highly recommend him for anything you need fixed! we love Justin and Greer.

Alex came out within 90 min of me calling the shop. Came in, checked and repaired the water heater. Waited for it to warm up, and checked it again and ran it. Was amazing! I will only use Greer Water Works for all of my needs!
