Fast, friendly qualified technical. He had all the tools which turned out to be a few. All was completed. The cost for the job was reasonable. I will use them again if needed.

If you want it done right the FIRST time- call Drain Pro. Major regret I didn’t call them first and wasted $450 on a plumber that gave me zero results! They came out same day and resolved my problem! I cant say enough about the service and expertise. Thank YOU DrainPro!!!

I have worked with DrainPro for about 15 years. My introduction to them was at a rental property I owned and DrainPro was maintaining the sewer system for the HOA. Pat Martin went out of his way to help me find a cleanout that was broken and he jetted my lateral sewer line that another plumber did not fix. After that, I was on several HOA boards and we have used DrainPro to service the community owned sewers to this day. The maintenance they have performed has saved numerous backups and insurance costs. Their technicians are well trained and the cost for services is a great value. I enjoy working with this company and I know that they go the extra mile to make everything work. I have always felt as a valued customer.

We have used this company twice to clear storm drains filled with thick roots. The high-pressure jetter is a powerful tool to cut through roots that are too big for rotary cutter. The technician was very patient and thorough in explaining everything to me and showing me what his camera was seeing. We will not hesitate to call them again when the need arises. Pricey but worth it.

I had a drain issue and called Roto Rooter. Total disaster. They charged me $950 and didn't fix it. Then they wanted me to sell me a $6500 solution to dig up my pipes.

On a recommendation from my water guy I called Drain Pro. Fixed it for half the cost and identified the problem in 20 min. It was exactly where I thought it was. Fixed it. A clogged pipe from one toilet. Can't recommend these guys enough.

We had experienced some particularly difficult problems with the sewage pipes to a small apartment building. Sean was sent out and he was no less than amazing. At the point he arrived we had been through a series of backups and expensive drain cleaning. Sean was professional knowledgeable and determined to solve our problem. I was so very fortunate to be put in contact with DrainPro, LLC when I had a major problem with roots in my drain system. Wow, what a wonderful group of people to work with. They answered all of my questions, my telephone calls, and did so very nicely. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. Original post: I had Drain Pro go out to my home after receiving a referral from another company. They arrived to my house Friday morning and I received no communication they had arrived, left, if anything needed to be fixed, or if the job was complete. I called repeatedly over the next 4 days and left voicemails that went unanswered. Finally, on Tuesday I received a text message that I needed to get an ejection pump fixed and a part replaced. Due to having no communication, when the bathroom was used Tuesday night after being away over the weekend, the same ejection pump overflowed and sewage backed up into my basement. When I asked why no one reached out to me, I was told "he plugged the pump into the wall and it came on so he assumed it would be ok". That assumption is now costing me $3,300 in sewage clean up fees, another $1500 for a new pump, and another $2k for reconstruction to rip up the flooring in the basement, replace the baseboards and the drywall. When asked if Drain Pro would assist or take responsibility for it, I was told "I'm sorry" and they stopped responding to me completely. They have directly caused me thousands in damages for something they knew was broken, and yet did not take any time to reach out and tell me. The bathroom is also now unusable for at least a week while the repairs get done. Seeking legal advice.

I had several companies come and diagnose my pluming issue. Each gave me estimates that just did not feel right. A friend that was in the process of using DrainPro recommended them. They came in and check my issue, and they did a perfect test and found my issue, and it was totally wrong from the first company. They fixed my issue and check other areas without me having to ask them or charge me for the additional check, they were quick and reasonable in pricing for what they did. I will always use DrainPro when I have any more issues with Pluming. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Trustworthy Company

Contacted them for a cleaning and they told me that someone else would contacted me back. Few days went by and no one had contacted me so I call them again only to be told that again that someone else will contact me regarding it. No one ever contacted me. Do not do business with them. Worst customer service ever. End up taking my business somewhere else.

Less than a week ago our home septic system backed up. We have used Ace septic for years to pump our system, but this time we were desperate for help.While taking a shower the "black malodorous" water suddenly came up to my husband's ankles, toilets wouldn't flush, bathtub backed up, and water dripping heavily through our basement ceiling. What a mess! We phoned Ace and Sherry promptly arrived at our home, at 9:30, the following morning, in a heavy downpour. We have never met such a hard working, determined young woman in our lives. She had one man assisting her . They worked plunging, snaking, digging, you name it, for 5 hours, non stop. Sherry promised me we would get warm showers that night and she meant it. After working continuously in the pouring rain, with a smile, she finally said I need to get on your roof and check the vent. She did just that, while my husband and her assistant, watched her put a snake through, from back roof to the front of house. Finally success!! Nothing stops this woman and she was so pleasant and professional the entire time. At the end she, and her assistant were covered with mud and soaked, but cleaned up our yard perfectly. We will never use another septic company and we would more than highly recommend them, prompt, efficient, thorough, extremely hard working, most honest, very professional, reasonably priced, and they left our yard in perfect order , even in the pouring rain!! We can't thank them enough!! 4/1/2017
