My rental had a leaking water heater and kitchen sink clog called Matt and he had his guys come right out and solve everything very quickly! Sean and Wyatt showed up and knocked out both my problems and made what I thought would be an all day event turn into just 2 hours which was great. Owning a lot of properties I love that whenever I call Matt he can always get his team out quickly. If you want quick service at an affordable rate I would call Greer.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. The installation was done quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail. Greer plumbing company has been working with me to make several repairs to my basement plumbing. I called the office on Saturday, January 25th and they were able to send a technician out almost immediately! Brian came out and went above and beyond to help fix the frozen pipes. He even drove to Home Depot to purchase heaters to place around the basement. Amazing!! I have never had this kind of service from a company before. Also, we noticed that the well pump was on it’s last leg and sure enough, it stopped working and today, they are trying to send a technician out here for repairs. Lastly, this episode has been occurring during a major snowstorm and this company is still working with me to try and get me serviced.

Horrible service. Came out to repair a toilet clog, which was not repaired. When I called them back to come back to fix it, they scheduled an appointment. They cancelled on the day of after advising a text would be there. We waited for almost 5 hours with zero communication. Keep in mind they sent me a $375 bill which I would pay, if the issue was corrected. Someone named Sean who refused to give me his last name, pretty much told me if they come out again, they are going to charge me again. Yes, I will be notifying BBB because who says the work is not under warranty when the issue comes back 2 days later? I could go on but I just had surgery on my heart and it’s not worth risking my health.

Yes I told SEAN this info but he was extremely RUDE.

This is a review for the second job Greer plumbing and waterworks has done for me. This was a complicated, challenging project for a residential home. My cast steel main line drain ran directly under the mudroom floor. Which happened to be concrete.. Matt and his crews were very professional. The camera guy came and they scoped and checked the pipe to make sure it needed replacing. They also traced the pipe so they knew exactly were the pipe was. It took a 4 person crew 2 days to replace the old cast pipe which was about 5’ underground. They cleaned up when they were done, the price was reasonable, and the follow up was great. We found out one of the old connections had started leaking a few days after the job was completed. Matt had a technician here the following morning to fix that. I would say that if you have a plumbing issue, no matter how big or how small it is. Give Greer plumbing a call for a quote. Because of how great they handled 2 plumbing issues for me, I highly recommend them.

Dominic & the team at Greer were great! We were working with another contractor to finish our basement on a strict timeline and Dominic completed the plumbing for the bathroom so efficiently. We were able to tell him exactly where we wanted things to go and he delivered. Once the contractors were finished drywall, he came back to set the toilet & sink. We love the final look and are happy with the services provided by Greer!

Alex and his team maintained a professional work relationship regardless of the obstacles they encountered during the entire Job. Them members were respectful during the entire job. Alex made sure that we always knew exactly what the goals for the day was. The team represented Greer Water works at all times. They went out of their way to do everything they could to minimize the impact of the work at hand especially safety first. Their tenacity paid off. I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and was really impressed with my plumber, Scott. The first scheduled visit was productive and he was cordial, professional, hardworking - good at reducing my anxiety about a critical part of any bathroom project...the plumbing. So far, very nice!

Brandon came out late the night before our thanksgiving party here and helped unclog our kitchen sink drain, saved our Thanksgiving!

Ronnie came out right away, the same day I called & fixed the sink that was leaking. Was very professional he also added a new shut off to our main water shut off to the house. Did an amazing job was very efficient and the didn’t take a long time. Price was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend and use again!

I used MD Sewer & Plumbing Service for the first time today. My local plumber referred me because his schedule was full & he thought they would be the best choice based on the drain issue I was having with my kitchen sink. First time using this company. Scott was great! Very professional and courteous. I needed gas line work for a new dryer and he was able to fix everything that need to be done. He was on time and very efficient. I will absolutely use Maryland Sewer & Plumbing again and would highly recommend them.
