Came home to no water from any of our faucets. Called Jason at 2pm and he was here by 3pm and had our well repaired and water back on by 4:30pm. Couldn’t be happier with the knowledge, service, and willingness to get the job done fast to get us back up and running. Don’t hesitate to called 1st Choice for any of your plumbing needs!

We called Jason when we noticed an issue with our sump pump, within an hour he had a crew out to help. They took care of the issue quick, and were all very professional. 1st choice is the place to go for any off your plumbing needs!

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about Jason and his team. We called on a weekend because our sewer main had busted WAY below ground. He came right out the next morning and got to work! He coordinated with the county guys and everything was fixed when I got home from work! We had been without plumbing for 3 days before we got his number. He was amazing and professional and will call in him again! Thanks Jason!!

Jason and Don did a fantastic job! Had a drain issue that was backing up my basement sink. Called a large plumbing company and they said the problem required us to dig up our yard, 8 grand. The guys at 1st Choice found the issue fast, cut the roots out of my line, and ran a camera multiple times. Explained every step of the way and came in cheaper still than a big company. Seriously could not be happier with their work, would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Jason and his crew are all around awesome! They went above and beyond with trying to help troubleshoot my pool heating system after installing the new gas line. They also picked up the slack where BGE left a half done job when upgrading the meter/regulator to the house. 1st Choice came in with more knowledge and a smarter solution to our gas line needs than any of the other companies from which we got quotes. They also came in with the best price. I will be using 1st Choice for all of my plumbing and gas line needs in the future and will be referring friends and family to them.

We needed emergency plumbing service on a Sunday morning and 1st Choice Plumbing sent a technician right out. The technician was polite and professional and did a great job in a short period of time. We would definitely recommend 1st Choice for your plumbing needs.

Great customer service. I was out of hot water due to a bad Rinnai water heater. 1st Choice plumbing came out the same day. Replaced my water heater tested my other two water heaters for peak performance and got me back up and running the same day. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

Jason was a life saver! After going a week without hot water, he came to our home on the weekend, diagnosed the issue and gave us a variety of options to fix the problem. He then returned as soon as the parts arrived and we had hot water in hours. Great service and a great company, I highly recommend!

We can't say enough positive things about 1st Choice Plumbing Technician Jason Disney and his helper Jay McKinnon. They arrived on time and were ready to repair our main shut off valve & a leaking copper pipe. They layed down clean drop cloths & removed their shoes before coming into our home! Within an hour the repairs were completed, water restored and I had a fresh cup of coffee!!! Thanks again for your help!!

We had a hot water tank start leaking and contacted Jason S from 1st Choice plumbing & BFP. They gave us multiple quotes for different types of tanks and they installed it the next day. I want to thank the whole team/crew for the quick reaction time and how great of a job they did.

The 1st Choice plumbers came to do the estimate and told us exactly what they were going to be doing. When they arrived they were professional from the first visit to the day of work. They did what they were supposed to do and we had a couple of surprises with our deck damaging the main sewage pipe. They took photos and told us the reason why we had problems which was a huge problem. They dug, replaced and repaired the problem efficiently. They also cleaned up and they were in communication with their staff as well as us with the progress. We had small issues at the house and they accommodated us with the extra work the same day. Fantastic work repairing these issues. They are our plumbers for all our future work. Thank you for your efficient and excellent work at the Lugo residence. We gave you an A+!!
