I am very happy with Maryland Sewer & Plumbing. I was kept informed every step of the process. Appointment was easy to make and it was at my convenience and I was notified of tech that was coming and the time frame. I was notified when tech was on the way.
My tech Ronnie M. was very professional and explained what the issues were and how he would correct the problems. Before he left he made sure that I was satisfied with the job he had done. Asked if I had any additional questions. He had left the job site very clean.
I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone who needs a great plumbing company.

My service tech was Brandon R. He arrived just about an hour after I called the office, and was friendly, polite, and able to remedy our plumbing issue in a short period of time. I highly recommend this company by the nature of their quick response and the character of their technician. If the others are anything like Brandon, then they should meet any plumbing concerns to your satisfaction. I know that I have found my go-tp plumbing company.

The team replaced broken basement pipes tied to the kitchen sink and disposal. They were terrific! Timely, professional and kept me informed throughout the repair.

Awesome emergency service. Called Saturday night, came out first thing Sunday morning. Explained the possible issues with pricing. Taught me as a FTHB how to listen for plumbing problems also gave me recommendations to treat my problem diy. Tree roots growing in pipes.

Brandon was super helpful and pleasant. Although we had to ultimately call the county for our issue he gave us the number and called additionally for us to hopefully speed them up to come.

Despite it being late (almost midnight) on a Friday night, Brandon R was pleasant and professional. He was also very knowledgeable of what might be causing my problem (possible blocked sewer drain pipe) and quickly located and resolved the issue. I would use him again should I have a need to do so.

Brandon did a very careful, thorough inspection of the line and patiently explained the situation. I am grateful for the kind, professional manner in which this inspection and diagnosis was conducted.

A couple months after the camera inspection, I had MD Sewer replace the sewer line. This was a very scary job for me because of unknowns and the cost was big. The MD Sewer guys explained the worse case scenario to prepare me and I appreciate that in the end, the job was accomplished with fewer complications than expected.

Brandon was excellent. I put in the request for emergency service and he was at the house within the hour. He resolved the issue quickly as well and explained everything to me.

Ronnie was wonderful. Professional and kind. I’d recommend your company to anyone who needs assistance with their main sewer line.

This company was recommended to me by another plumber Everyone was super nice and professional. Not only did they repair a major issue at my home, they did it the day before our recent snow storm. It was extremely cold that day, but the guys showed up on time, and worked outside all day to fix the problem.

Great experience. Came out and gave a free estimate to replace a bad ejector pump, both with them providing a new pump and if I supplied one. Easy to get on the schedule for the job, showed up on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up after. Brandon was efficient and friendly, did a great job. Very reasonable prices as well. Will definitely use this company again.

I spent a good amount of time researching and reading reviews before reaching out to this company. We originally believed we had a failed septic system, but later discovered it was just a drain pipe blockage. Brandon came out the same day.

He’s personable, honest, and genuinely seems to enjoy his job and working for this company. I work in underwriting for construction financing, so I have a pretty good sense of when something feels off. He didn’t come close to giving me that impression.
