Adam came highly recommended by friends and he did not disappoint. He was very responsive. He came out to service our Septic after we moved into our home. While there he pumped the tank, inspected the system and dry well, and explained how the system worked as well as maintenance issues to be aware of. We will continue to use A&V for our septic needs.

I called Adam at A&V for a quote and he was by far the best price for Septic pump-out and backflush. I scheduled for the following week. On the day we were scheduled, they were a bit behind schedule which wasn’t a big deal. I really appreciated the call to let us know- communication is key!! Once they arrived we showed them where the cap was for our system and just our luck, Adam found a few things that needed to be addressed. We appreciate the honesty from the companies we hire and Adam definitely helped us and explained what he found and what the issue is and how it needed to be fixed. Even though we require additional work in the future due damage to our cap- we will definitely be using A&V in the future and we will be referring them to our neighbors & friends.

I initially contacted A&V Septic Services for an estimate on a perc test. I had called around to a few other septic contractors and Adam was the only one that offered to take care of all the permit paperwork for me, at basically the same price as others had quoted. What I appreciated most was that even though I wasn't very responsive with returning a signed estimate and submitting payment, Adam followed up with me when the testing season was about to open. He reminded me to submit everything so he could get a permit and get me on the testing schedule as soon as possible. The permit was then ready within a few days, and even though we ended up not being able to schedule the perc test we needed (only because the county didn't do testing for mound septic systems this year), I'll definitely be following up with Adam to finish the job next year.

A few months later I called Adam on a Friday afternoon to schedule a septic tank cleaning, and Adam said he could show up at 4pm the following Monday. He was right on time, the job was done quickly and for a very reasonable price.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We had an emergency that needed to be looked at immediate. A&V came out within an hour and fixed the issue the same day. Great customer service. They've earned a new customer for life. Thank you!

Great company! Needed our septic tank pumped so after a Google search I seen A&V had alot of good reviews. Literally in less than a minute after i emailed for a quote I received a response. Called to have our (very very full) tank pumped out. We had been using another company for the past few years, but they canceled on us twice this week and we were getting really desperate to get this taken care of before the weekend, so I went looking for someone with good reviews. A & V definitely lived up to all of the 5 star reviews on here! They were able to come out within a few hours, same-day, and were very professional and quick. Great communication, he called when he was on his way so I was able to run home from work to meet him and get this taken care of. Fantastic and friendly service, and very reasonable rates. We will definitely call them again for all our future septic needs.

A&V Septic came to pump our septic tanks and I can’t say enough great things about this company! The gentleman was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was able to schedule within a week of calling and the service only took 25-30 minutes. I will definitely going back to A&V for my septic needs!

Adam was able to come out sooner than I had expected. He did a great job at repairing my outdoor drain pipes! He also improved the configuration to improve the flow.
His responsiveness and professionalism are refreshing, as compared to many of the contractors and home service providers these days.

I would highly recommend using A&V septic services! I needed my septic tank drained as well as removal of some tree roots. I had called another big company last week and every day, they called me to tell me that my service had to be delayed. I contacted a few others as well and left messages. I called A&V Septic who picked up right away and asked if they had available same day or next day. He was very professional on the phone and was able to come out to my location in an hour! He finished the job at a VERY reasonable price. I will continue to use their services yearly and would recommend then to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with my septic backing up at 9pm on a Saturday night. After calling multiple companies that advertise as 24 hours, A&V said they would be out within a half hour. They showed up like they said and were extremely helpful. A&V came through in the clutch to identify what the issue was, pump our tank, and gave a great explanation of what to look for in the future. A&V has earned a customer for life out of me!!!

Adam was fantastic. He was able to come out the day after I called him, was friendly, fast and got the job (septic pumping for a very full tank) done in less than a half hour. Pricing was great. We will be using A&V as long as we live in a house with septic and will definitely be recommending to others.

Found A&V Septic thru a warranty program, what a great find!! Adam Duncan the owner answered my call personally, came to my house within hours to see the problem and scheduled to return within a couple days. Then called back, had an adjustment to his schedule and fit me in that same day. Adam and his helper were a pleasure to work with and talk to. My septic tank backed up into the house late at night, Adam answered my email at 6 am and was at my house by 9 am. He quickly diagnosed, explained, and solved the problem for a very fair price.
