Quick and easy experience. Highly recommend for great service. Fred was great in explaining all the issues with the trees on the property, and his team was quick to remove trees, and left the area neat. Will definitely use them for future work.

Great job. The guys were very courteous, respectful of our property, and the yard clean up when they were done was spectacular.

The tree people did a great job recently on the removal and stump grinding of two trees, and a trimming of the neighbors tree. They were able to get their equipment in the back yard, and made light work of it all. Fred and Cindy were responsive when we had questions and in scheduling. The crew with Juan was great. All professional, polite, cleaned up after the job, answered any questions we had, and understood any concerns we had. The tree people worked with us on a great deal to get it all done.

I would highly recommend The Tree People. They were on time, communicated well—especially Cindy from the office—and left the property clean after the job. While my electrical box on the lamp post was accidentally damaged, I don’t believe they noticed, and it’s an easy fix for me.

I got a total of six estimates. Fred from The Tree People was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me the lowest quote of all. One of the other companies gave a much higher estimate. That representative actually suggested I stage a fake insurance claim by saying a limb had fallen on my roof so I could get a new one through insurance. When I ignored that suggestion, he asked who gave me the lowest estimate. Once I told him, he warned me to “beware” of The Tree People and claimed they cut corners. After that, he suddenly offered to lower his price to match theirs.

I’m only sharing this so others can be aware of the tactics some companies use. In my experience, The Tree People were honest, professional, and did a great job from start to finish.

Excellent job! We had a large limb on a tree split and fall into the water. The Bay Area Tree Care crew went above and beyond - our yard had quite a bit of debris which the crew quickly cleaned up. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

Three pines trees in a row set between two houses. In the course of 2 hours they removed the trees, cleaned up and were gone. Fast and efficient.

Got a good quote for a difficult job (two trees by power lines, a fence, and a shed). Removed the trees with hardly any damage (only damage was removing part of the fence to get the wood out).

Great service. The weight of the machine was hard to get into place and cracked my driveway but not their fault. It was unavoidable. Glad to have that tree gone thou!

So very glad I went with this company. I had two monster sized trees and several other average-large sized trees removed. They are very good at what they do and I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone. Their equipment is top notch as well.

Professional. Prompt. Skilled workers. Honest pricing. Tells you how it is, good and bad, so the right decision can be made and no surprises. I'd expect to have to pay a high premium for this but the price of work is always reasonable.

Outstanding work! Very professional work and operations. They communicated with me early when they had to reschedule us because of pending weather. I've tried other tree companies in the past but Arundel Tree will be my go to from now on.

I agree with Robert Patterson's review. Buyer beware. The same thing happened to us this summer. The crew of 3 removed a lot of trees and stumps all in one day which was good. Initially, we were impressed with the amount of work accomplished in one day for a good price. However, we are disappointed they did not clean up - they left piles of wood chips, mud and deep holes in our yard- grass is dead where they worked. It's a terrible mess now, especially with the drought.

Arundel Tree Service is awesome! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. They perform quality work at a reasonable price and I highly recommend them to anyone needing trees trimmed/removed.

Came in with an estimate less than half of other local companies for removal of 14 trees and stump grinding in a back yard September 2018. Rescheduled job multiple times over 9 months despite site visits and verbal reports of "good conditions." Ultimately proposed new, 30% higher estimate after 8+ months of waiting and multiple cancellations, scheduled work again, and then cancelled altogether one month later. Have taken one month (and counting) to return deposit. Got the impression that they did not communicate with their subcontractors, would rather lie to a customer than say "no", and have no capability to do anything other than basic work.

Terrible customer service and untrustworthy company! Their crew damaged “broke” my brand new back yard fence while doing job at my neighbors house, my dogs were getting out and I paid out of pocket to get it fixed, because I was told they would reimburse me…well still waiting for reimbursement and it’s been over a YEAR!!!!!!!!!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL
