    I contacted this company over a week ago. I spoke with Amy and she informed me an electrician would be calling me. After 3 days, i informed her that i was on a tight deadline and she assured me someone would be in contact. After a week, she finally followed up and said we dont pull permits. That was odd because its suppose to be an electric company. I dont know if its because the job was too small but NOT once did i receive a call from the owner who was suppose to call me. Not sure why they have a 5 rating. Perhaps because Amy is friendly but the service was poor and followup.
