I was having issues with a MR Cool split system, and I had previously worked with several HVAC companies who each eventually demonstrated that they had no idea how my system worked and how to fix it. They told me that I should throw out the system and start over. I’m so glad I called Michael. He walked me through some potential causes of my issue over the phone, and gave me concrete steps that I could take to troubleshoot. In the end, Michael was absolutely right and his simple suggestion solved an issue that had already cost me significant money and sanity. Michael clearly knows how these systems work and I wish his knowledge was more widely shared in the industry. Thank you!

Our furnace stopped operating the other night and the with the intense cold we were in jeopardy of our pipes freezing. We called several vendors who either could not or would not respond. We contacted Berthiaume and within an hour of our call they had responded, and diagnosed the problem. BHAS came out and serviced my air-conditioning units and did a fabulous job. They were quick thorough and honest. I would highly recommend this company .

The response to my inquiry was fast, the technician arrived on time, was courteous, and had parts on hand to fix my heat pump.

Bobby and Matt came to my home, installed a new thermostat and everything has been working great. They told my husband and I everything they needed to do. I was so impressed with Berthiaume Heating & Air. First the personal and immediate personal contact was a breath of fresh air compared to AI and robots. Our tech Bobby was amazing and again keeping in contact and was great after the installation to take the time to help me get everything set up on my phone app and tutorial on how everything works. Great job and will definitely use them again.

I had the pleasure of having Bobby as my technician. He came to my home to service my heat pump unit as I felt my bill was entirely too high and something could be wrong. He took the time to explain his actions as he thoroughly inspected my unit, giving me tips along the way. He did make a couple needed changes and I was totally confident the unit was working at it's peek level when he left. Highly recommend.
