David Garber is so professional! I would highly recommend his business!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow!

David Garber of Brighter Idea, Inc. is an associate of my landscaper. When we could not convince an electrician to come out to our house unless we contacted everyone in the chain: PEPCO, VIVINT, etc., David insisted on coming out on Monday morning to help us with our power outage. (We have tropical animals and kittens who could not go without heat. With the temperatures falling to 50 degrees overnight, we were worried about our fur babies. Since we had some power, I had to drag a heavy oil filled electric radiator and long extension cord out of the basement to generate warmth for our animals.)

David was knowledgeable and efficient. He did not put the burden on us that another electrician had with texting and pictures. He arrived. He diagnosed. He fixed. His prices were more than fair, and we were back in business within an hour of his arrival. David is now "our guy!"

Going forward, we will be using Brighter Idea, Inc. for all of our electrical work, and you should too!

Mr. Garber saved the day when one of our DIY projects went south. He easily diagnosed the problem over FaceTime and was able to walk us through how to fix it so that the arc fault light went off and our house was safe again. And he did so graciously after normal business hours. Wonderful!

TIevey electric is the absolute number one and only business you want to call for any and all of your electrical needs from small to large jobs they know exactly what to do safely always using their professional and most advanced Knowledgeable techs. I have used their services three times now and not a single time has there been anything but the absolute best Viciente and reasonably priced services. When you call and speak to Ashley she is the type of person who understand your need any she had any doubt or question she finds out and called you back in a reasonable amount of time and blows your mind with her customer service and knowledge . If this was not enough Ashley Courtney your visit with ease and always looking to satisfy you the consumer and the customer. They are familiar with every code for electric work in your old house or new house. I had a home inspector in my new house tell me I needed something but in all actuality he went calling Tievey electric explain to me why that would never work being that the code was you and not from back then and wiring was done different in the 80s versus today. Lastly I have known that Tievey electric has been in business for over 20 years and it is Ron and operated like you wouldn't want to treat your family and close friends. My brother recently moved out and I converted his room into a study. There weren’t major changes needed so I could have done everything on my own except the electrical wiring. I called these guys and explained the situation on the phone and since I was given a reasonable quote, I scheduled an appointment right away. I couldn’t have been more right.

Two young men came from Tievy Electric to install recess lighting on original 1979 home fixtures. Couple of the fixtures were difficult due to replace due to age. One of the young men actually had to climb into attic and fix the brackets. Incredibly professional and we couldn't be more please with Tievy. Highly recommend them.

The Electrician was early! Quickly got to work, which was challenging with our very curious toddler wanting in on the action. He was very kind and patient with our son’s distractions, and quickly identified and fixed the broken light. We were so pleased we are having him come back to replace other old light fixtures in the house. Thanks Tievy!

The receptionist responded to my e-mail by phoning me; she was very pleasant and courteous. I purchased all light fixtures from on-line source and had 3 ceiling lights replaced (one of which proved to be a difficult job because of a previous shoddy installation), 2 wall sconces replaced and 3 electrical outlets replace. Pat, the electrician, was courteous and efficient. He provided some easy solutions for other problems. He did everything in less than 3 hours at a cost of $370. I will use them again and highly recommend their services.
