Stay AWAY. I started rewiring my kitchen and got overwhelmed so I called him. After the first time he left, I found a junction box tucked up into the ceiling - illegal. After the second time, the light switch didn't work. After the third time I was doing some plumbing a found that he HAD LEFT A HOT WIRE, UNCOVERED, IN THE CEILING. I found it by bumping into it and sending sparks through my joists. Thank god I found it. And in case you're wondering why he came back three times, he just felt like it I suppose? I'm not sure. He just did the job in intervals and I never knew when he was coming. AWFUL experience.

Needed help with a light fixture that was hanging on by a thread. They came within 30 minutes on a Saturday and fixed it super fast and reasonably price. Would def use them again and would recommend them to others

Jake did an excellent job rewiring our house. We have an older house and needed a lot done. He installed a new panel box. He always showed up on time and was very responsive to any concerns we had. Highly recommend!

We were having a window changed over to a door leading to an outside deck. The people doing the window work wont do anything with wiring or alarms etc. They got here about 8:30 am on Friday and began the demo on the window and the wall under the window and found there was some electrical wiring . They had to stop. It now was 9:30am I needed to find someone who could come out quickly to move the wires so the window people could continue. I called the first name under electricans and they said they couldn't send anyone. The next name was Trunnell, called them explained my situation , the girl who answered the phone was really nice an passed me on to Rick. He said they could have someone on late morning /early afternoon.My wife was home and said you guys got there at 11:45. 2 hrs after I called. The representative was great, friendly and clearly explained what he had to do was done and out in about 2hrs. Trunnell Electric won 5 stars for coming to the rescue in this time sensitive situation. We expected the price to be considerably higher than it was which was an added bonus. Trunnell will be our company to use for our needs Big thanks and much appreciation.

As an architect, I have very high standards for those doing work in my home. New to the state of Maryland, my realtor recommended Trunnell for installing 4 dimmer switches, 4 ceiling fans, 8 bath sconces and the dining room chandelier in my new townhome. I was impressed enough to ask them to take on the several other creative electrical projects such as wiring a 240v outdoor heater and sneaking in a few duplex outlets in closets and cabinets. Easy to work with and prompt to respond. Lovely.

I hired Trunnell to run wiring and install a ceiling fan. They were great and easy to work with. An estimator came out, then we scheduled the work. They were on time, and did great work, and it was done fast. There was a separate issue I asked them to look at, which they did and corrected it, and did not charge me for, which I thought was very nice. I would definitely recommend them for your residential electric needs.

We hired Trunnell to help with enhanced outdoor electrical needs. They ended up coming out 4x and after that, and a still not consistently working solution, we ended up paying another company to undo all the work done by Trunnell to go with a much more stable situation. The thing that is driving the 1-star review is that I feel they knew they did shoddy work and were looking to get something done quickly, even if there was a risk of the whole system tripping. And, in coming back, the multiple charges for the same issue felt less like a service and more like a way to make more money with the lowest viable solution. We will not be using this group again.

Trunnell Electric has performed two installations for us which included installing a bathroom exhaust fan/light. They went the extra mile and checked my other bathroom fan. Now that is customer centric service! They recently installed two chandeliers. Their work is reasonably priced, professional, and exceptionally well done. The electricians are polite, on time, and prepared to perform the requested service. We will soon contact them to install four more chandeliers. I highly recommend Trunnell Electric.

I am giving Trunnell Electric 10 stars for an amazing team of Iver and Jonathan. I had a very complicated fixture to be installed and these two gentlemen, with determination and patience figured it all out. I can't say enough how fabulous they were. Because of a complicated moving schedule they managed to accommodate me. I am highly recommending Trunnel Electric. They were amazing !!!!!

I was driving up to Reston VA last minute on a Saturday and called to see if someone could meet me at my rental property to put in a dimmer and then fix a fluorescent light in the kitchen! They said no problem! He was so good and fast!!!! He knew exactly what was wrong and what to do! He is my 3rd electrician to do work on the rental and he was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! The other electricians always had an issue and never could do things easily or right. Thank you Eugene Electric! You were my savior today and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend!!!
