This Branch has been my go to supplier for counter sales and quotes for the last 40 years including when they were Branch Electric Supply. The employees and managers today and over the years have always been professional and most importantly to me, good people.

Today I met kaushik Batabyal at Rockville branch. he was very friendly and helpful to find what I was looking for. While I was at the store I noticed that he treats all customers the same way and everybody was happy.

The 1st time I visited this branch to pick up few materials I was greeted with a very unusual and unprecedented warm reception from Kaushik Batabyal. As someone who has been in the electrical profession for over 17 years, such experience was so refreshing. I thought such experience was just a one time behavior, but since then he's not only proven to have this positive and highly commendable costumer friendly behavior, he has also proven to be the most prefesionally competent man at the counter I ever met. He is very much unusually abreast of all the materials and their code names. This whole experience is unprecedented!

The surprise made me ask him if he is one of the owners of REXEL, because, he was so aggressively marketing the company's products and conducting himself totally in the interest of the company as if he was the owner. Shockingly, he confirmed he's just an employee like others.

I wish I will always meet him or someone like him at all other supply branches and stores.
