Their own website says they are open until 4:30, but they are actually open only until 4. Super annoying when you drive out specifically to pick up an order and then find out the branch is closed when you get there.

Extremely reckless drivers! Terrible service, technician was 2 hours late to my appointment, and overcharged me for a simple fix.

I wouldn’t say the services they provide here are incredible because I just know them to solve minor electrical issues. They have a really great staff of workers who are always ready to assist. Their prices are also quite affordable. Keep up with the good work guys.

Shane came to our home right on time. He didn't waste a minute getting to the work we asked be done. We were very impressed with his skill, knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely be using this company again.

I recommend this company. I had a minor issue. A fuse blew out in both of my bedrooms. The outage was only in that part of the house. I tried to fix it myself but had no success. I contacted PSEC and Mike assisted me with fixing the problem. He was very hospitable, kind, and courteous. I appreciated that.I will do business with them in the future. Once again, I recommend them for any electrical issues.

The high level of quality service offered by PSE is unmatched. As a manager of several communities in the DMV area, Vince at PSE Rockville has been my go to for all electrical service needs and he is always consistently consistent with his prompt and thorough responses and handling of requests.

Also a shout out to Mike, TJ, Gary and Orion. PSE has excellent personnel and I can not recommend them enough!
