Appliance Repair reviews in Rosedale, Maryland

I am completely dissatisfied. I was misdiagnosed, and I called to talk, some African guy gave me an attitude, cursed me out and hung up on me very unprofessional. I wish I could leave no stars

Honestly, I was stressing out because my fridge died right before the weekend. I called Mr. Appliance of Dundalk-Essex and they actually picked up the phone. The tech showed up right when they said he would—sent a text with his photo first which was a nice touch. He didn’t try to upsell me on some crazy expensive part either; just fixed the issue and cleaned up after himself. It’s hard to find honest repair shops around here, so I’m definitely keeping their number.

Mr. Appliance of Dundalk are very reliable, quick response and professional technicians. They responded to my call quickly and got the job done. I highly recommend them anytime.
