I went to Capital Electric in Rosedale, Maryland to get some electrical supplies for a project my electrician is doing for me. Tom helped me with my order, he was so polite and pleasant. As a person with very little electrical knowledge he knew exactly what I needed , when I explained to him what I was doing. I also had a picture in my phone. Hello. I visited Capital Electric in Golden Ring on 10/22 and it was the most unpleasant and degrading experience I’ve ever experienced. I can’t recall the man’s name, but he treated me and an associate of mine terribly with nasty customer service.

The man was racist towards us, acting as if we were in his way and punching the cash register with an attitude. There was another man working in this establishment who was acting suspicious and just looking at me and my associate because of the color of our skin.

If you’re a minority, I’d advise you NOT to frequent this establishment! To the owner or president of this establishment, just know that your Golden Ring location will not survive with inadequate and unjust customer service from your employees!

Added an outlet in our basement not too long ago. Did a good job and decent pricing.
