Since the new owner has taken over, the service has been horrible and spotty. My lawn is full of weeds and they haven’t done a lawn treatment in 2 months. It’s the height of the season and they just took my money and ran.

Bryan always does an outstanding job. He ensures any and all questions are satisfied before and after service. I have recently transitioned from a prior lawn company and will continue to monitor, but so far so good.

This is only the 2nd treatment for our lawn and already we are not off to a good start. Technician showed up 2 days late from the original appointment. Then when they did show up, the technician did not complete our entire yard. We have cameras all around our Home, so we know what was and was not completed. We have made several attempts to contact the office to discuss only to leave a message with no return call. Not sure what has happened since we hired American Lawn. Extremely disappointed in our experiences with them so far.

What used to be Biogreen Lawn Care is now American Lawn & Tree Specialists. Twice now, the signs that show a treatment was provided have not been placed -- this is bad for anyone walking their dogs or who have kids who like to romp around on the grass (which I love that they do because parents know it's a safe space). No receipt was provided of what was done to the lawn and no expert review of the lawn's condition. So disappointed in this acquisition. Won't be renewing these services again.

Since this company was sold to Biogreen/VA Green, American Lawn Care customers have been brushed off and treated whenever. When the company was sold, they kept it a secret from American Lawn Care customers prohibiting the customers from making a decision whether to agree to the new company or seek other Lawn care services. The new company is a Virginia based company and had no experience in Lawn care in the MD regional area. In business, when companies merge or sale they respectfully make customers aware of the change, American Lawn and Tree didnt notify customers until October, as the season is almost over. So, when we talk about trust, integrity, efficiency and reliability, the company has lost these standards. The applications have changed also and don't expect transparency, if you call for any explanations; you always have to leave a message and wait for somebody to call you back. Bye bye are the days of routine treatments, timeliness and efficiency as your Lawn will suffer due to the delay in getting treatments.

I have used Baltimore Tree Discount Service and they did not disappoint. They removed an enormous hollow oak with efficiency and good cheer under difficult circumstances.

The whole interaction with Baltimore Tree Discount Service was awesome and professional, and I appreciated that the company took great pains to ensure their heavy equipment did no damage to the boardwalk pathway in my yard.

I highly recommend this company if you need tree work done. Steven is extremely knowledgeable about trees in general and he will be honest with you about what needs to be done. I had a large maple that needed lots of thinning and pruning, and he did an excellent job.

This company is very affordable and reliable. To date they have removed 3 trees from 3 different properties and they were quick and efficient on all three occasions. I highly recommend them for your next tree removal!

I am very pleased with the work they did on my large maple tree. They shaped and thinned it expertly, and also did a great job pruning my other trees and hedges. The job was very reasonably priced, and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
