Stephen did a very good job repairing our washing maytag washing maching. he was professional in every manner. He explained what was wrong with our washing machine and advised on ways to prevent future failures. We are very pleased with this dremus appliance repair and we will use them again if needed.

HORRIBLE TECHNICIAN - I went through our home warranty program and got contracted with dremus. He came to my house on a Saturday and diagnosed my system and said he would put in the report on Monday but he never did. I tried calling him from Monday through Tuesday and he didn't pick up or return any of my calls. He then refused to come back to my house because I called too many times. HORRIBLE customer service, WORST attitude and very DISRESPECTFUL.

I would avoid using their services at all costs, sometimes cheap doesn't mean good. This was our experience only and our opinion.

We contacted this guy because he is a contractor of the home warranty we have, came to do a quick inspection because he needed to provide a report with the findings. Long story short, we get contacted by the home warranty saying the AC coil had corrosion and the insurance will not cover corrosion. He "passed his findings" however, he did not provide any written report, either to us (customers) or the warranty company, he did nor provide any pictures or evidence, he did not even open the coil box to make sure it was indeed the issue!!! He just pressure measured the AC united and came to that conclusion. He mention "could be a leak or the coil or something else" -- We still had to pay the service fee, and he did not come back to re-do the job or at least try to provide photo evidence for the home warranty company, or provide a better evidence instead of saying "seems to be X or Y or Z". Now we are stuck because he is "certified" and his word counts more...

he wanted to charge me $300+ to replace my washer timer. I found a brand new one online for $85 and installed it myself in less than 5 minutes. guess what? it didnt fix the problem like he said it would. So instead I paid the $70 diagnosis fee for an incorrect diagnosis. Waste of time and money.

I was very pleased by the analysis and repair of my refrigerator by technician Steve from Dremus Appliance Repair . Good quality refrigerators are expensive, and it is better to replace parts and use the refrigerator wisely rather than prematurely purchasing a new one. Technician Steve replaced the malfunctioning part in a very short time and my refrigerator is working again just like a new one.

Stephen from Dremus Appliance Repairs came to my house to fix a wine fridge that was no longer cooling and he was very professional. He isolated the problem quickly and within a very short time, replaced the malfunctioning relay switch. Prices were extremely reasonable!

Refrigerator started leaking at 5 PM on a Saturday while we had a party in full swing with a houseful of guests. Stephen came out within an hour of my call and diagnosed the problem for $79. I will definitely be calling them for my next appliance repair!

I was very pleased by the service. Steven came on time, was very professional and above all he answered all my questions and concerns about my washer. And did I forget to mention that the price was affordable. I really recommend Dremus Appliance Repair service.

My refrigerator was not working and i had just got back from doing groceries, i had a lot of things in the refrigerator. I did not know who to contact this was the first time it has happen so i went online a google around and found three repair company. When i called the first one the office was closed because i called after hours then when i called the second one they said they will get someone to come and check it out tomorrow and because they were short of staff so the third person i called was Dremus Repair and my phone was answered in a second, i had the repair person come to my house right away, he was there in 20 minutes and it took him just a few minutes to repair the issue, I had my refrigerator working again and my groceries was safe. I would recommend this company to anyone, i have also told my family about this company too in case they have issues with their appliances.

I waited until a little over a month since the work was done, just to make sure I didn't have anything break, and so far all is good. Seemed a little pricey @ $284.00 (hence the 4 stars), but I honestly don't have anything to compare to since this is the 1st time I've had a washing machine fixed. At this point, however, I would recommend them

Couldn't ask for a better service. Within minutes Steve diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, ordered the parts, and scheduled a return visit. Whole thing took less then an hour. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. Second visit went just as beautifully. Would definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Fast and efficient. Steve fixed my stove & also assisted me with my refrigerator. He recommended an electrician who was able to assist me further. Reliable and knowledgeable. Thanks again.

I found Dremus because I could not find any of the other larger companies that even wanted to repair a refrigerator or the appointment wasn't 2-3 weeks away! He was polite and kind and he explained in detail what he was doing. He is also timely and responsive which is so rare. He told me some theories on what he thought was wrong. Since his first theory was did not work he had to return again and perform his second theory which was more money but it works!
I would use him again (I hope I don't have to!) but I will ask how much money all the theoretical repairs may cost before I allow work to commence. My home repair lesson I learned.

My refrigerator had been acting up, making noises, over freezing up top, and temp rising at the bottom. My apt. Maintenance guy couldn't fix it and I didn't want to wait for a new fridge. A friend recommended these fellas, so I called them and they showed up that evening! All they had to do was change the motor! Quick, local, and affordable!🙌

Quick service, on time, fair pricing and very professional. We've called on Dremus Appliance Repair twice and it's worked out well both times. I will use this company in the future, and recommend to my family and friends.

Stephen (the owner I believe) came to our house to replace a washer seal on our front load washer, turns out we had the "wrong part" so he told us he would find and order the correct part and let us know how much, when it would be delivered exc. He told me he would get in touch with me later that evening, he left and haven't heard from him since.
I've called, texted, nothing. Mind you, he wanted to charge us 80$ for being there for 3 mins.. for doing nothing. I'm glad we didn't pay that or else we would have been jipped out our money. Terrible way to run a business, should be illegal.
Be careful homeowners, don't go with this dude!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I went through our home warranty program and got contracted with Dremus. He came to my house on a Friday and diagnosed my dryer as unfixable and said he would put in the report on Saturday but he never did. Both my home warranty company and I have reached out to him more than 5 times regarding his report which he told us he would put it in immediately and STILL has NOT put in his report. I am unable to move forward with this claim until he submits his report. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!

Do not be misled by the 1 Star review; this is a minus 10 Star review. This repair service came to fix a problem with our Whirlpool refrigerator ice maker. He first said the compressor was bad and had to be replaced; We told him that the refrigerator and freezer were working fine and the only problem was the ice maker. He proceeded to take the refrigerator apart and then put it back together again. He advised that fan for the ice maker was bad and would have to be replaced. After he had left, we noticed that the water dispenser was not working. We found the filter had not been installed correctly and when he replaced the top panel in the refrigerator, the filter was above the panel and could not be removed. After about 10 days and numerous attempted contacts with this company (phone and Email), he called and told us he was on his way to get the parts and would call us for a time/date to install the fan. It has been two weeks since that call and NO contact with this company. (We did receive an Email from the company: Invoice Due from DREMUS APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC - $356.00).

My dryer quit running. Found Dremus Appliance Repair with a Google search and decided to try them based on the Google reviews. I'm not disappointed! Stephen was able to accommodate a Saturday request; he called when he was on his way. Identified the issue as to why the dryer wasn't running (sorry to say a bird had flown up the vent); cleaned it out; checked that other operating parts and ensured the dryer was running before he left. And his charge was extremely reasonable. I will use Stephen again. He said he also does HVAC work.

I had a mixed experience with this business. When I called for an appointment, they texted me 2 different blocks of time that they might use. I asked them to text me when someone was enroute, but they didn't do that. I had lots of errands to run that day, and luckily I just happened to be home when the repairman arrived. He was able to troubleshoot my problem quickly. It was a simple wire short. I feel like the cost was fair. The technician did NOT try to upsell or cheat me. I would use this business in the future for appliance repair, but I will definitely emphasize that I need a firm window of time and I need a text when the technician is enroute.

I have used this dremus Applience company 3 times in the past, I decided to hold this company for the most comfortable since I knew them. The repair man (Steven) Arrives on time within the time he gives you, polite, quick, honest and always fixes the problem. He explains the issue well, price and job done it’s depend of the problem and availability of parts.
These guys are the top of my list.
