John provided an excellent and detailed report of our future home with lots of pictures and descriptions. As we are buying a home remotely, it is scary, so having a trusted professional complete our inspection was a key factor for us. We are very impressed with the timing of receiving our report (same day, if not same hour of completion), number of photos, and explanations from John. He was able to talk to us over the phone to explain anything we had questions on and recommended we call him in the future if requiring advice on any of our home repairs. Would highly recommend and use again!

I was very pleased with detail, explanation and patience John provided when walking us through the completed home inspection of a home we were purchasing. Not only did he show how detail oriented he is, he also showed his knowledge of addressing findings. Letting us know items that were super important to address and those that were noted but pretty normal things to find during a home inspection. I highly recommend Stavlas Home Inspections. The inspector, John, was prompt and very professional. He explained every step of process with me. He explained what he was looking for, what he found and how I might address it in the future. He explained what needed to be addressed immediately and what could be improved but weren’t urgent . John made sure all of my questions were answered before he left and let me I could contact him if any new questions occur to me. I was emailed a detailed report 2 hours after the inspection which included pictures and videos. I felt very confident buying my new homes after this inspection.

John was thorough and extremely helpful with clear explanations. I particularly liked that he could clearly explain the ramifications the large surprise we found on the inspection. He really helped me understand that while it was very big, it wasn't structural. We had a wonderful experience with Stavlas Home Inspections. John showed up early just in case there were unexpected curveballs, and so, so thorough in his inspection. As he walked through the home, he gave us a constant flow of really useful information in real time.
