I just had a balcony door replaced and some work done to fix/reseal a mystery water leak I was having with one of my windows by Ryan and his team. Balcony door was slightly smaller than my existing one ( custom size when home was built), so I knew some work had to be done to accommodate. His team worked with us thru delays, (door was delayed several times thru home depot), and once we finally had our order come in they were over our job like clockwork. Arrived ON TIME(great first impression), respected our home, workers asked if they needed to wear mask while in our home, and did not complain at all with doing so (being Covid cautious). Door was installed, shimmed, work that they had to do to get my door to fit was hidden with new drywall, and all surfaces were correctly color matched and painted. They even came back the next day, as they were not able to complete everything all in one day. What REALLY impressed me was they were able to find the source and path of a mystery water leak I was having with one of my basement windows(have a townhouse). I had previously had 2 contractors trying to find my problem, and aside from a crack in the siding on my home, they had found nothing. Ryan and his team took the siding apart, cut open the tyvek house wrapping and discovered that I had plywood that had rotted and was allowing water into the house. His team showed me what was going on, presented me with a few options to repair, corrected the problem, created a safety barrier to divert rainwater away from my home's windows, resealed everything to ensure no future problems and closed everything back up. Both projects looked as though his team had never even been there when they were finished, aside from the obvious door change. Prices were more than fair, team was always respectful and hey didn't mind answering questions or addressing concerns as we had them, and the level of respect they showed to our home is unparalleled. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, and I am NOT done utilizing them for some future projects I have coming. Your home can't be in better hands than with Ryan and his his partner Tony, who is a whiz with his professionalism, and masterful work. Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate the work you did.

I used Paragon for masonry work and so happy I did. The customer service was excellent, and Ryan took the time to answer all of my questions. Not to mention the pricing was reasonable. If I could have given 10 stars I would have. I will definitely be using them again.

UNBELIEVABLE. We have finally found a unicorn. Ryan and the people he hires are professional, do quality work and don’t gouge you in price just because your a woman. I can’t tell you how many times a “professional” has come to my home to fix something and tried to take advantage of me and do sub par work. Ryan actually IS a professional and so are his people. I have used them twice now and I officially will NOT be using anyone else. I’m upset a bit because I know his company is going to blow up and get super busy and it may be hard In the future to get him, but I also know if anyone deserves it, it’s this young man. He is very, very good at his job and he deserves it, and so do the very professional people he hires as well. Will ONLY be using them in the future.
