Ryan, the owner, is now my go to guy for anything that I need done around my home. Answered every email quickly, every phone call or text was answered or responded to with beyond professional and exceptional work. I was tired of having to shop around with company’s to get someone to do a good job at a good price. Ryan gave me a very fair price, his work and those of his people were just spot on and it was super easy the whole time. Thank you and your people for the work you did for my family Ryan.

I've been in the construction business for over 45 years, and I could not be happier with the quality of work, customer service and exceptional pursuit of excellence that Ryan and his team provided. Ryan is a pleasure to work with, and any modifications were priced and settled prior to work, thus NO SURPRISES. Tile flooring was completed perfectly with little to no disruption to our home. Very hard to do when the work is in the main foyer. Sheet rock and removal of textured ceilings was completed quickly and professionally. Hardwood flooring and room painting were completed to my wife's complete satisfaction. This was all done, and done right the first time. They cleaned up each day after themselves, and kept the worksite clean and neat. Hard do do when working with sheetrock and mud. I was very pleased with the work that Ryan and his crew did on my floor! My hardwood floor needed to be patched and refinished and other contractors didn’t want to do the work except Paragon Contracting! Now my floor looks better than when it was first put in! I highly recommend there company and am definitely using them for any work needing to be done!

Paragon gave a speedy estimate of a pretty large job which included a partial bathroom remodel with new stand alone tub, tiling, light fixtures as well as moving laundry room from basement to top floor. Their estimate was fair and dead on to actual cost. Work was done quickly, correctly and respectfully of our home and time. We couldn't be happier with our results and we look forward to working with them again!

Ryan and his team did a great job replacing and fixing an old leaky sliding patio door. He gave us mutiple scenarios so that we'd know what might come up as we investigate the source of the leak. After weeks of looking for a contractor to perform some intensive interior structural work on my house and receiving outrageous quotes, Ryan came out and gave us a straightforward and very fair quote.

He was very responsive to my inquiries and questions from start to finish and explained what was happening every step of the way. He was very flexible when working with my schedule. Ryan and his crew were punctual and extremely respectful of me and my space while I was working from home. Any sort of house work can be messy, but they cleaned up at the end of everyday and did a great job cleaning at the end of the job.

As for the work done, we have a nearly 100 y/o house that has been through some things, and we wanted to open things up and wanted to remove a wall. Ryan and his crew came in with a game plan to complete the job and did a great job navigating around surprises an old house throws at you. They kept me informed of things they discovered while working on my house and even provided suggestions as to what I could do to fix it. The finished product is absolutely phenomenal and beyond our initial expectations of what could be done.

Ryan's communication and quality was excellent. He squeezed my project, replacing 5 windows, in a tight schedule between tenants. His crew left the interior cleaner than they found it!

Ryan and his crew are everything you could want in a general contracting company. They are responsive, punctual, and reasonably priced. Ryan also keeps your end goal in mind when advising on repairs and any upgrades you are considering. He never tried to upsell me once and always recommended upgrades while advising me on best return on investment. Ryan is a commensurate professional, I am sad that I moved out of his area, otherwise I would hire him for every single home project as the quality of his work is impeccable. Lastly, Ryan is friendly and never once made me feel as though I was bothering him with too many questions. You could not be in better hands!!

Paragon did an awesome job! They were reliable, efficient and timely. Even when weather affected the scheduling they communicated effectively and got the job done!
