My husband had Billy come give an estimate to do repairs on our home awhile back. I did not like his vibe at all- he was very shady and ran his mouth at 100mph talking about himself. He did not listen to what we wanted, and didn’t give me a chance to ask questions. Actually, he was gross towards me and I felt uncomfortable in my own home. He definitely has the air of someone who goes home to beat his wife because he didn’t make it in life. He gave an absolutely outrageous estimate. I always do a competitive bid, and his was thousands above the three other quotations I received, all licensed professionals. Then I read these reviews- and his completely unprofessional replies to them! Glad I went with my gut on this guy. I don’t recommend.

Billy Mulcaire (Kingcaire Construction Company) came highly recommended to us by several friends and neighbors when we needed renovation work performed on our home. We were in the midst of our wedding preparations and we’re planning to merge our homes in a couple of months and wanted to renovate our home prior to our big day. Needless to say, we were in a rush and were looking for professional help on an expedited basis. Shortly after receiving the referral, we connected with Billy who advised that he could make himself available to complete the renovations within our very short timeframe. He came to our home first thing the next day with his associate and completed the estimate that same day. His work proposal was very reasonable and competitively priced. We moved ahead with his proposal and were very satisfied with the work, which was not only excellent and exactly what we wanted but on time and within our budget. We were extremely happy, not only with the end results but also the overall experience. Billy took a very stressful situation and made it painless for us. He was reliable, professional, diligent and very accommodating. He certainly lived up to the referral. I would highly recommend his services based on our experience and that of the friends and neighbors who recommended him to us.

We had Billy and his team renovate and install new kitchen. And all I have to say is WOW! We were so pleased with the outcome. He took our small galley kitchen and opened it up to our dining room to make it the most inviting space. Everyone was so courteous, prompt and kept my place clean at the end of each day. They did a fantastic job! - not to mention- they stayed on budget. Our home is old and Billy made it look modern and trendy. I can't say enough about Kingcaire construction. Thank you!

Had ring pro 2, fan, and outside outlet installed. Very well done. Great communication. Put drop cloths down. Cleanup. Did a good job hiding wires and filling drill holes. Very happy with the work and the price.

Adrian and his crew did a great job replacing several can lights, installing a pendant light, and replacing various switches. This is the third time he has done work for us and it’s always been done right at a fair price. We wholeheartedly recommend A&S to all our friends and will use them again.
