Mr. Abanto is top notch! A few months ago he helped us mount an impossibly heavy mirror on a precarious wall and did it with a level of service that I've never seen in a contractor, confirming exactly where I wanted it. I felt as if he truly wanted me to be happy with the finished product.

I can think of a few more things around the house that need fixing -- going to reach out to him now!

We called Albano Painting and Carpentry as we needed urgent help fixing and redoing our plaster ceilings. There was a lot of patch work that had accumulated throughout the years and Miguel and his crew scraped and replastered, then painted the ceiling and it looks great! He and his crew were professional, detailed and they exceeded our expectations. They even fixed some small things that needed attention without us asking. Thank you so much!

I hired Miguel and his team at the recommendation of a friend for some interior painting and I am so glad I did. The team worked fast, at a very reasonable price, and the results were beautiful! Services Squad is a great handyman service In Silver Spring. I often joke to my family that if I have an emergency, I would call them first and then 911. This just speaks to their responsiveness and the trust I have in them. I first met them in 2018. I had locked myself out of my house and needed help and they answered my call for a locksmith. It was a godsend because since then, they have replaced closet doors, fixed leaky faucets, replace garbage disposals, change locks, unclog toilets, and just taken care of all the small things that I cannot do for myself. They are entirely true to their motto: No job is too small or too big for them. The thing I like most though is knowing I can trust them to be reasonable and honest with me. Services Squad is my go-to anytime I need a handyman. Let them be yours too!

We have used Yosef for many projects over the years, both large and small. He is exceedingly honest in every project. Additionally, he is easy to reach in an emergency and goes above and beyond. He also did some unique projects for us like installing a hidden door bookcase as well as fabricating a magnetic panel to access the plumbing for a our bath tub. His skills allow for excellent kitchen and bath remodeling as well any project in the house. We highly recommend him without any reservation and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Found what I needed. Check out was easy and cashier was very pleasant.

I had gone in to purchase 2 sliding glass patio doors for my home. I picked exactly what I wanted out. I double checked the associate if the installers will install the doggy screen door I had bought we bought on the same order well as re-install the security bars from my old doors to my new doors. I was told that of course they would do that, we even payed extra for them to do that.
I had to stop by Home Depot after 2 weeks because the installers had not called me to set up an appointment. That is where it started going down here. They finally set a date, A MONTH, after I had already paid for everything.
Well the installation is even worse. I was given a time slot from 8-12, keep in mind 3 people took off of work to be here for this install as I work. We were told it would take all of the day. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 4PM!! The only reason they finally decided to show up is because I threatened to cancel the entire transaction. That is incredibly inconsiderate. When the laborers arrived, one of them was extremely rude. He said that he would not install my security bar nor the dog screen door that we had paid for!
As if that wasn't enough, it started raining when they were doing the install. They did not bring any shoe protectors or blankets to cover the floors, I had mad all throughout my house.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS HOME DEPOT AGAIN. STOP GETTING CHECK SUBCONTRACTORS TO DO YOUR JOB. Stay Away!!!

I initially hired Jaime to do some electrical work at my house. He did such a good job and I mentioned to him I needed some other work done as well. He arranged drywall, tile, and paint for my basement remodel and everything turned out great. He also connected me to someone who did plumbing and hvac work at equally high quality. His prices are competitive and he had a sharp eye for small details that needed to be completed in order to pass inspections. I have since referred Jaime to several of my friends.

RJ Remodeling helped us very quickly repair and finely paint finish areas of our home that had wear and tear or damage (old ceiling repairs needing surfaces blending, window casings with wood shrinkage, wall surface smoothing). The refinishing blended old and new surfaces invisibly. Cost quotes were competitive and accurate. Work was professional - all areas protected, materials and waste removed, and cleaned afterward. RJ also has electrical repair skills that were very helpful - non functioning light switches, 3 way switches, and LED ceiling lights were quickly repaired. Highly recommend! Patrick / Liz

RJ Remodeling remodeled two bathrooms in our precious house, one bathroom in our new house, built a wall unit, installed a window in a wall, installed a larger new window in the kitchen.
