Very pleased with the high-quality home inspection conducted by JD Grewell & Associates. Sean, the inspector, is a great professional who spent several hours inspecting my home. He did an outstanding job identifying potential maintenance issues and suggesting ways to address these. I am a homeowner who is not planning to sell any time soon, but nonetheless I wanted my home inspected by a qualified professional to know what issues, if any, exist that need to be tackled. Within 24 hours of the inspection, Sean submitted a very detailed 58-page report, with pictures, listing items under categories (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and prioritizing them in terms of importance. The report's 5-page overall summary was particularly useful to have as quick overview. I highly recommend Sean and JD Grewell & Associates.

Sean Troxell, lead inspector, of this company is a gem. He's knowledgable, extremely thorough, patient, and explains issues in plain English. He was prompt and discovered multiple helpful issues to consider and/or address. His report was the clearest and most thorough I've reviewed in 24 years of property maintenance. And he walked us through every item and photo one-by-one. Then provided a written report with those images too. I would recommend him personally for home inspection work.
