Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and met with Darien in early January to contract on going snow removal for my home in Silver Spring for the winter. He agreed to pre-treat the drive and walk way with salt and snow clearing every 2-3 inches. Everything seemed to be in order in advance of the storm this weekend.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any pre-treatment. On Sunday morning, I texted to confirm if he was still able to clear the snow at my house. He responded with "ok i got u." And I never heard from him again. He (nor did someone on his crew) never showed up to clear at any point yesterday or today. I texted again today to ask if he would be able to come out today, and I received no answer. I texted to ask if would let me know either way, so I could make other arrangements and I received no reply. I called his mobile. He picked up. When I said who I was and asked if he was still able to clear the snow at my house. He said something inaudible and hung up on me. This service is no service at all. Unreliable, unprofessional, and discourteous. In the end, I had to find somebody else to clear the snow. I never heard from him and I am still baffled as to why.

I was impressed with their customer service and follow up. I reached for a quote for my home and my husband office building. They came out the same day and walked me through what services they would be providing. They did a great job pretreating and cleaning all sidewalks. My husband was so impressed that he recommended them for two other jobs for some of his employees. Thank you.... Grayline Service for such great service....

This is a very professional operation-the beautiful result is a piece of art. It’s a total rework and a long term fix for our yard. Knowing what something will look like in 5 years takes both experience and knowledge. Mark Willcher has both.

Mark is a incredible landscape architect whose team executes meticulously. He is also a very good problem solver, who fixed a drainage issue we once had with a clever design of a portico. We have worked with him for more than 30 years. I highly recommend him.

Amazing - exactly what I asked done, - remove encroaching limbs, pruning, hedge trimming, cleaned up throughout, very friendly, respectful of property, fast WELL DONE!!

Amazing job by Nelson and his crew. Went from him coming out to see the job to it being finished in 24 hours. 4 trees and 3 stumps gone. Great guy too!

They were on time , took about 2 and half hour to remove 4 large trees and stumps. Clean up all debri They have unique way to cut down trees🌳 with crane. They work well together.

Terrible! The price was over priced and the person who was in charge of the crew had attitude and did a terrible trimming my tree. You better watch them. Never use them again! Don’t use them for trimming at all!

I called these folks on the morning of President's Day and the business owner was at our house within an hour. The price was reasonable and they did great work. A 60+ ft poplar tree was leaning on another tree with a treehouse. They saved the treehouse tree and were complete with the full job within three hours. I highly recommend their service!!

Great job. Arrived on time. Courteous. Professionals at their job. Reviewed work to be done and added on a small job requested. Worked effectively and timely. Also cleaned and swept up all debris. Will definitely have them again. Found out later several neighbors had used them and were highly pleased.

Sungreen just completed taking a very large tree output trimming many others. The crew was very professional, obviously knew what they were doing. I was very impressed they took the time to clean up the entire area before the left. Highly recommend.

I got a reasonable quote to take down two giant pine trees.Jose and his professional team showed when they said, took both trees down, ground up all the branches, and left he property spotless. I would highly recommend there services.

Jose and Sun Green Tree Service were exceptional from start to finish. We initially reached out for some routine trimming of branches getting too close to the house, but also had a much larger and more complex job—removing heavy limbs from a very tall dead tree.

Jose’s team handled it with incredible skill and care. One of the crew members climbed the tree and carefully cut and lowered each large limb using ropes to ensure everything came down safely. It was impressive to watch and gave us complete confidence in their expertise.

I was happy to have discovered them after a wind storm damaged a neighborhood property. Great expedient work and very reasonable price after two quotes. I hired them for Tree removal at another property. On time fast service and good advice.

Company removed a very large Maple tree that had a large section ffalk due to high winds and the remaining tree was damaged and splitting. SunGreen provided a prompt estimate, which was very reasonable and completed the job within just a couple days. Highly satisfied with performance and quality of work. Scope of work was well defined and completed entirely. Area was left clear of all debris. Good job, would recommend!
