Emerald Cleaning handled my move-in cleaning today and did a phenomenal job. The house smells amazing and looks spotless. They were easy to book, communicative, and very professional. I’ll definitely be using them for my regular cleanings from now on!

We hired Emerald to clean our new home after completing massive renovations before we moved in. The last I’d seen, the house was torn apart and covered in construction dust. The day I arrived ahead of the movers — the day after the team cleaned — the house was pristine. It made all the difference, and the customer service has been excellent as well. We’ll definitely hire them again. :)

Ursula and Cheli cleaned our basement after an Airbnb rental left the space a mess. Their work was exceptional, thorough, and highly professional, leaving every surface—from floors and walls to dashboards, laundry area, and stairs—immaculate. We are extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend them for any cleaning needs!

It has been 2 weeks or so since I scheduled a deep cleaning service for my 2 bathrooms, sofa and kitchen.

Backstory: I am a very clean person and usually I do all the cleaning in the house. But now I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester and it's just difficult to do deep cleaning past few weeks. My husband's cleaning standard is.. questionable. That's why I scheduled my first 2 hours deep cleaning with Emerald.

Elisa and Angelica did an amazing job! Both ladies came in and immediately started to work on the bathroom and kitchen. They did above and beyond. Realized how even I did my deep cleaning before, I just can't be as good as professional cleaning! 2 weeks later my bathrooms are still in great condition, less water stains, still looks clean and neat. The kitchen is organized and all cabinets are still sparkling white and clean.

Highly recommend their cleaning service! I'll definitely schedule another one later especially after the baby is here. Thanks so much!

We had an excellent experience with Emerald Cleaning! From the start, Josh, the manager, clearly explained their services and recommended the appropriate number of hours. Scheduling was easy, and we were able to book a date and time that worked perfectly for us.

Elisa and Angelica arrived earlier than expected and took the time to walk through our home to understand exactly what we needed. Our home is spacious, and we needed help with the kitchen, living room, and four bathrooms. The team did not disappoint—they were thorough, attentive, and made sure every area was cleaned with care. They communicated throughout the process, confirming priorities and asking whether certain areas needed extra attention. Our home runs on well water, and they did an impressive job removing heavy well-water stains in both the bathrooms and the kitchen.

We even requested an additional hour of service, and it was absolutely worth it—everything looked spotless and refreshed, almost like new. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Emerald Cleaning again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality home cleaning services!

Although I asked for short notice, Josh brought the ladies and they executed so well. I only asked for them to clean my 4 bathrooms and they came out looking good as new! Excellent work ladies! I would def recommend!!

Emerald cleaning offers exceptional service! Specifically, Celli and Ursula cleaned our home with amazing attention to detail. They were not only thorough, but took great care in making sure that everything went back into its proper place. We look forward to our continued service with Emerald cleaning this year!

We scheduled a deep clean weeks in advance and received confirmation reminders. After asking us to move to an earlier time (which we declined due to prior obligations), the company then moved our appointment an hour later without our consent. I had to call to address it and was told they adjusted our confirmed time to fill another slot.

I am 9 months pregnant and scheduled this cleaning specifically to prepare before the baby arrives. Rearranging a confirmed appointment for their convenience — especially without asking — felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. It made us feel like our time didn’t matter.

We ultimately chose to cancel.

Regardless of the need to fill an open spot, it should never come at the inconvenience of a confirmed primary client. Instead of replacing our scheduled appointment with a deep clean, the opening could have been offered for a basic cleaning service. Additionally, we were willing to adjust our time earlier—just not at 9:00 AM—so there was room for flexibility on our end.

As someone who has owned my own cleaning business, I understand how scheduling works. However, trust—whether with new or returning clients—should always be the priority. I prefer to work with companies that stand firmly behind their word, their work, and their commitment to their clients.

For that reason, we will not be moving forward with your services.

Chely, Ursula and Miriam are wonderful and work extremely well as a team. They arrived on time, were attentive as I reviewed what I needed them to focus on. As Miriiam left Chely and Ursula immediately began cleaning and continued until every are of the house had been fully cleaned. There was no "Sorry, we don't do that type of cleaning." Their attention to detail is truly impressive. They're fast, efficient, and thorough while remaining respectful of the property. This is clearly the best cleaning crew I have encountered and will request them again next time.

Edith is very professional, who provided super clean move out service. Highly recommended. We also consider for recurring monthly house clean service for our new apartment. Josh is also very nice and also high efficient to help us book the earliest time on the moving date.

I’m disappointed by the fact that I can’t give more than 5 stars!! Dulce and Zeny did amazing with my deep clean! They went above what I expected. Also, they did a great job with my fridge clean! I didn’t expect them to organize things as well particularly in my fridge. I was overwhelmed by what I thought was a lot of stuff in my fridge but turns out it was just really disorganized.

Edit: I had another service this time a regular clean. Cheli and Lucy were fabulous! They were just as thorough and detailed as my first service. I was nervous that my first service was a one off and I just got lucky but it seems that Emerald Cleaning as a whole actually values ensuring all of their cleaners do good quality work!

This cleaning service is the best gift I’ve ever received! As a full time working mom I haven’t been able to keep up with the deep cleaning of my home. I have never been more relaxed and happy after seeing this clean house after a long Christmas trip! The house was spotless, my refrigerator cleaned, stove cleaned, literally every nook and cranny cleaned out. Even my “junk” closet was cleaned and organized. I feel spoiled 🥰 they even folded and organized my daughter’s closet, which I’ll admit, got out of hand!
