We have used Extra Green Cleaning Service for our home cleaning for several years now and are quite happy with their work. I was initially drawn to them because of their use of 'green' cleaning products and they have not disappointed. I have also been very happy with the continued service of the people who actually do our cleaning. They are pleasant and efficient and always leave our home very clean and in good order. Plus, we have been fortunate to have the same basic team for the entire time, so that our preferences are always adhered to and there is no discontinuity. I highly recommend this company!

Extra Green Cleaning Service does a great job at our house. They are very thorough and careful. Moreover, they use only kid-safe and pet-safe cleaning products (so no Clorox, etc). We enjoy using this cleaning service as they always do a good job. Plus, there is little hassle at our end. We pay by check, which is easier than having to have cash each time. They bring their own cleaning supplies, which is also helpful.

One of the cleaners spilled water on our bathroom floor, didn’t wipe it up, and caused a leak. She also dropped something hard in the bathtub and chipped some of the porcelain. Accidents can happen but Extra Green Cleaning did not take responsibility for her mistakes and denied any responsibility. Most of their cleaners are good, but we had previous problems with one particular cleaner being careless and heavy handed in the way she cleaned our house. The owner threw a lot of nice sounding words but didn’t actually do anything to fix the problems.
