This is a well-run team with very responsive and capable management at the center (they use online tools to track with real time updates and reminders) and also on the “field” (meaning in the home when the crew comes to clean) and ive used the cleaning services for over a year. Very responsive and accommodating to owners’ specifics. Superb job they do. And this is a local small business!

Christy and her team did a move-out deep cleaning when we moved out of a rental property. Although not required in our county, we also hired her team to paint post move-out so we could return the property in a similar condition to how we received it. She and her team communicated throughout the process and did a phenomenal job. We are so glad we found her!

Nifty is great! They work fast and make my home look lovely. They always have me check their work before they leave, and they are very gracious if I notice some picky little thing they missed. They are very responsive to messages and let you know if there are any shifts in scheduling. I had a question about something on the website, and Christy responded immediately, the same evening, and got the web posting corrected immediately. This is a great company, and I'm very happy to be working with them!

Their exceptional professionalism was found in the way they followed up with customers. We hired them for a move-in/move-out clean-up. The first time the team came, they didn't do a great job. Just when I wanted to call them, the company manager called me to inquire how satisfied I was with their work. I was impressed that they call each customer to make sure their work is exceptional and follow up promptly. When I unpacked what I was not satisfied with, they sprang up in action immediately and the owner herself came out to check out the work their team did. Not only did she re-do the clean up herself the following day, but she also used it as a teaching moment for her staff to make sure her team KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS what her expectations are, which is pretty high even for someone like me who is a bit germophobic. It is needless to say that the house was sparkling after the re-do. She even managed to get rid of tough stains I thought would take a miracle to remove. With the way the owner trains her staff and the details they pay attention to, I have no doubt that their work will stay exceptional. I will hire them again.

Absolutely incredible!! The experience was top notch from booking with the extremely kind Christy to the final clean move out clean. My apartment was left SPOTLESS and I will definitely be hiring them again for all future cleans. I absolutely recommend Nifty Pro Cleaners if you're looking for a great deal and even better clean!

Nifty Pro Cleaner LLC is a very professional entity, and they provide exceptional service. We hired them for a move-in cleaning, and I am highly satisfied. Their attention to detail and customer service is top-notch. We had to reschedule our reservation numerous times, and they were quite understanding and flexible. I highly recommend this company.

They are always on time and thorough. I had some pretty bad spots and thought I'd have to change my carpet but after these guts were done it looked as good as new!

I have had my carpets cleaned twice with this company. Both times the picked up my rug for cleaning and returned it on time. The rug looked fantastic after it was cleaned, both times!! I highly recommend

I will say that the customer service was very good and attentive. I initially sent them a photo of a coffee stain that was about 30 years old. They said they would try their best to remove it...though some of the stain remains, I do believe the company tried their best. I was the one who spilled the coffee and do not understand why I waited sooo long to do something about it! It does look better and I know they tried hard...!!!

We can't rave enough about Kaleal and Excellent Carpet Cleaning. We have VERY OLD wall-to-wall carpeting which was in dire need of cleaning. We have had other companies come in the past, and although the cleaning was good, given the age of the carpet, that one dark 'pathway' from the kitchen down the hallway, could never be lifted enough not to show. From the moment Kaleal came in, he was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with and worked MIRACLES on our carpeting - he really worked hard, especially on the challenging areas and was able to (for the first time) get the carpeting just short of looking like new!!!! And, YES, the dark pathway is virtually gone! We are sold on Excellent CC and will use them from now on! Thank you Kaleal! V&I K

He did an excellent job and was significantly more thorough that two other companies I had used previously. I would have given 5 stars but I am not sure he was telling the truth about being CRI certified because he didn't know the proper cleaning technique for my carpet (Smart Strand).

Best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service.
I called with a difficult situation. There were carpet beetles in my new apartment, so I could not move in. I just needed to put my things in my apartment, because the next day I was supposed to get on a plane to go to a family wedding.
When Excellent heard my predicament, Rashaud Wayns came out the same day even though they were booked. He was amazing. He listened to my concerns, he was kind, and he was thorough in spraying the insecticide and cleaning the carpets. I would not have felt comfortable putting my belongings into the apartment had he not done such a fantastic job. I was incredibly stressed out by the situation, but I felt so much better after Rashaud was done cleaning.
I cannot recommend Rashaud or this company enough. They were honest, accommodating, and professional.

The company did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and couch. I loved that they give a one hour window of when they are arriving. Their personnel was professional and friendly.

Our wall-to-wall carpeting was absolutely filthy - over the many years since it was last cleaned, it had come to look just awful I wasn't sure how much improvement to expect, but I was astounded (and delighted) when the job was done.
