Wonderful experience with Ecoverde! This is the first time we have ever had our house cleaned. Everything about scheduling and setting up a cleaning was simple and effective. Office staff were very responsive and helpful when we had questions and generous with accommodations for our apartment. We had Andrea come out to do a first deep clean and she did an amazing job. We will absolutely be using Ecoverde going forward.

While they say they have a satisfaction guarantee, they don’t. Proceed at your own risk. As I’ve seen other reviewers mention, it’s really a hit or miss. And when they “miss” they do nothing to rectify it so it’s a waste of money. They were notified within 24 hours as they require. I wouldn’t recommend.

Yessica did a great job on the deep clean in my house. The whole house (2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and basement) took her about 4 hours. She arrived right on time at 8am. I have never seen the house so dust-free! She was very careful and thorough when dusting all the glassware and decorations on my shelves. Ecoverde made it easy to add tip after the fact.

10/10 will be re-booking! So happy with my cleaning service. I loved finding little details by Maria -- she was respectful of my home and thorough in her work. Thank you for providing such an excellent service!

Maria did a great job cleaning the upstairs bathroom, vacuuming the small hallway, and steps. She also did a great job cleaning the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen and the hallway floors. I will definitely use this company again.

We've only had a couple of cleanings from Ecoverde so far, but I've been extremely impressed. Not only by our cleaner, Jacqueline, who has done a fantastic job, but by their responsiveness and customer service, and also their scheduling portal. Much better than other cleaning services we've tried.

Twice recently we've had Tatiana, and she is absolutely amazing. So thorough, so thoughtful, a truly professional cleaner.

Had our first cleaning with Maria from Eco Verde and wow, she’s amazing. Our house is generally well kept, but she still found all the little spots I usually miss, like the top of the lamps, hanging high up. She was super friendly, showed up right on time, and her attention to detail was amazing. I don’t ever want anyone else to clean our place again!

I like doing business with this company. I've used them a few times in the past, but I just used them for a move out clean and the service was great. They are very communicative and responsive and the technician was very professional and did a very through job cleaning. It was a little expensive with all the a la carte services, but maybe that's just the going rate. I'm pleased and would use the company again.

Poor job, didn't clean the oven professionally cabinets not touched, refused to come back and just wanted to haggle. Had to hire another cleaning team. Wow as you see from the response they won't accept responsibility for the poor job. See pictures. So that's what they think "clean" is. Second team had no problem cleaning to standard, and the property manager also agreed. For anyone moving do not hire these people you will have to pay twice.

We used Ecoverde Maids recently as our monthly cleaning service. Our two techs, Maria and Jaqueline, were absolutely wonderful and professional. They were on-time and promptly started working on cleaning our 2-bedroom loft. They brought absolutely everything and got the whole thing done within 2.5 hrs. The level of professionalism and friendly customer service is definitely worth the premium. I also appreciate that they are transparent in their pricing. One of my friends used them through their referral process and it was easy for me to use the credit during my nest visit. I hope to continue using them in the future, particularly if they change their price model/scheduling options.

And I love that they give back to the community (see pic attached), plus have all these incentives for their techs to earn extra cash if they do an outstanding job.

Excellent and professional job. Ixsa was an amazing cleaner and very responsive my requests. The only issue is that they arrived a day late. They did give me a discount for the delay. So that was fair.
