Melvin did a fantastic job on our house. He power washed the whole exterior including the siding, patios and driveway with everything looking spotless. He also went outside of his normal scope of work and cleaned our utility rooms in our basement. Our construction company left each room with tons of dirt covering both rooms and Melvin was able to clean it all up without getting any water on the carpet in the rooms next door. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a power washer.

Melvin and his coworker did a great job! They cleaned our home (siding over brick), our front and side walkways, porches, driveway and back patio. We've owned our home for over 30 years and never once had it professionally power washed. Wished we had done it annually! It made such a difference. They were also careful. We were concerned about the grout getting damaged when the walkway and porches were being cleaned. They were careful not to damage any. Price was very good. Would definitely hire them again and already referred them to a neighbor.

An estimate was provided over the phone after providing various pictures of my home. Melvin R. was extremely responsive and his price competitive. After I accepted his bid, Melvin R came to my property within a couple days and did a wonderful job. Melvin R performed all the work in a professional and thorough manner. I only wish I did this more frequently.

Melvin did an amazing job re creating our back patio and the front of our townhome. I’m ashamed to say that we had not cleaned or power washed our home in over 8 year. The pictures speak for itself. Before and after photos of the superior and well done job he did. Very reliable and responsive. We are definitely keeping in contact with him for other jobs as well!

Jose was very responsive, punctual, professional and pleasant to deal with. I had booked EES Services to clean the gutters on our new home, Jose did an inspection and was honest enough to tell me that the wire mesh on the gutters should not be removed and that we should not have the work done unless we are having problems with the gutters draining. He even removed a piece of wood that had fallen on our roof in a storm and refused to take any cash even though we had really wasted his time. I would not hesitate to use his company for any work and will definitely recommend him to neighbors.

EES Services provided fast, clean and efficient service for my dryer vent system. Jose went above & beyond for me, answering many questions about also cleaning my HVAC duct system. I know when I'm ready for the HVAC system to be done, it'll be done in the same clean, efficient way!!!

Jose did an excellent job. He competently cleared out our very clogged dryer vent, diagnosed a tear in the tubing, and cleaned up all of the lint he pulled out of our vent.

I cannot recommend EES Services highly enough! Jose was so responsive, so professional, so knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. We had our chimney cleaned and inspected in our new home, and Jose allowed us to watch the camera feed from inside the chimney and explained everything we were seeing and answered all of our questions. While checking the exterior of the chimney on the roof, Jose also looked at our dryer vent up there, and because there were some troubling signs, he offered to do an inspection of our dryer vent system. Again, Jose showed us photos of what he saw and explained what it all meant. As new homeowners, we really appreciated the details and the patience and the thorough explanations. Jose provided a quote and proposal very quickly, and we're looking forward to working with him on these fixes. Would definitely recommend!

Timely service, very thorough and professional work. Contacted EES after checking Google reviews. Jose lived up to the reviews I saw online. He gave me a price quote over the phone, set up an appointment the following week and arrived on time (after calling a half hour earlier to confirm). He cleaned my gutters on the first appointment and scheduled a separate appointment for cleaning the ventilation ducts and a chimney inspection. His cleaning was thorough and his inspection report was comprehensive. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend Jose!

He and his team were efficient and very thorough with the cleaning, and I was blown away by the before/after photos. After they left, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there, they cleaned up so thoroughly. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was just really impressed with the quality of service we received. Again, I highly recommend EES; home maintenance is stressful and expensive, so it’s really important to find people who are trustworthy, honest, and thorough - Jose and his team are all of that and more.
