Gal from Dr. Duct was great. He showed me everything that needed to be done WITHOUT trying to upsell me, gave me a very fair estimate and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this business to anyone who needs vent cleaning. I for one didn't even know dryer vents needed cleaning until my dryer started needing 2-3 cycles to dry big loads. Service was outstanding. Gal did an amazing job cleaning the air vents. My HVAC system looks brand new! I highly recommend Dr. Duct Inc and I recommend that you ask for Gal. I ordered the basic service but Gal was so thorough in cleaning the vents I thought he gave us a free upgrade. He was honest by informing us that all we needed was a basic cleaning. We definitely got our money's worth.

Gal was great he did an amazing job!!! I brought my first home not too long ago and did some renovations, there was a smell and the vents were very dirty. All my vents and ducts are now clean. He cleaned my furnace and the musty smell that was here before is gone. I would recommend their services. Gal is very knowledgeable and on time even explained how to keep everything clean and when I should change my filters. I’m very pleased.

Dan was amazing he explained as well as let me see the dirt and debris in the duct work. Amazing I was happy to know that my investment will help me breathe as well as my family can sleep. Also the 1/4 trash bag filled with lint from dryer that could have become a possible fire hazard job well done

Gal did a great job! Very efficient, neat, thorough and considerate. He explained the problem well (we have a hairy dog and need to clean the dryer vent at least once a year). We will not hesitate to call Dr Duct again in the future.

Ben was REALLY amazing! Really great guy, very knowledgable, he explained in great detail everything that needed to get done. He did a very thorough inspection of my duct system and very thorough and efficient job cleaning everything including dryer line. The turnaround time was really fast, i called Monday and he came Wednesday morning to complete everything. Overall I am very satisfied with the service, l would HIGHLY recommend and I will be calling them for other services that they provide.

Gal was the name of my technician. He was awesome. He walked me through what needed to be done and didn’t upsell me. I had another company come by first and tried to sell me on cleaning the main output ducts of my furnace. Gal checked it out and said I didn’t need it. I bought myself a snake camera and checked it out myself. Go figure, the main outputs were clean as could be. Gal handled the cleaning professionally. Thank you for your work Gal and thank you for being honest.

Longer: Our dryer wasn't working well even after we replaced it. After multiple attempts, we realized it was our dryer duct or vent, whatever blows the air out/in that reached all the way into our roof.

Floyd went into our attic (100 degree heat) located it, cleaned it and showed me all that had collected in there, as well as documented fully with pictures. He also gave me great tips/advice.

Just ran a huge wet load and dryer worked perfectly. Thank you!!!

As winter approaches, like every year, I needed to have my chimney and fireplace cleaned. Dr. Duct came and cleaned it thoroughly, showing me how much dirt had built up, and made my fireplace look just like new.

Gal was prompt and professional. He gave me good advice that we needed to clean our ducts at least once a year because we have pets. The attached picture is all the junk that came out of our dryer vent. Very scary amount of stuff that would be a fire hazard.
