My lawn mower had broken and I knew, if my back yard was not mowed soon, it would look like a rain forest. Glad I found LawnStarter and they were able to fit me into the schedule. The back yard looks great!.

I was charged $81 for a lawn service I did not request or authorize.
I contacted customer support, but they told me that since more than 5 days had passed, they couldn’t cancel or refund it.
Communication was poor – it was hard to reach anyone by phone or email.
I’m very disappointed and will not use this service again. Be careful if you sign up — you may get charged even if you cancel

Contacted LawnStarter for needed mowing of my lawn. I received a call minutes later and was put in contact with a lawn pro who came to my home the following day and did an excellent job of mowing, weed wacking and cleaning. Saving me from doing so in the extreme heat. On time, reasonable rate, excellent job!

They provide a wonderful service. The yard is clean & trimmed. The yard looks great, front and backyard. 😎

I contacted LawnStarter in early June to have my lawn mowed on a weekly basis while I recuperate from an illness. It took 11 days for them to show up the first time and it has now been 19 days and I am still waiting for the next mowing. I have chatted with their bot system but that was no help. I called and talked to a live person who told me they were working to find someone for my lawn and they would contact me when they found someone. I told them I wanted something done immediately. He then repeated the same statement he had just used but talked much slower. I have never posted a Google review before but I feel others might benefit from this review when searching for a dependable lawn service.

Great service! They were mowing the yard and my wife pulled up but my toddler was asleep, so they cut off all the equipment so I can get my daughter out of the car and into the house without her waking up. Very kind of them.

We just hired the service. I’m so happy with their service. The gentleman that send out Clifton did a fantastic job with our lawn.For reasons I won’t explain our grass wasn’t cut for about 2 weeks and it was tall . Clifton can in cut the grass without hesitation and started cutting the grass. I would recommend this Lawn Service from now on. Love the lawn.

Lawn Starter Services came out for the first time ever. I was very happy with their services they were right on time , did not take long , clean and nice work !!

So far my experience with Lawnstarter has been good. I purchase a lawn cutting service for my father because, at his age, I didn't want him to push a lawn mower around. I like that the company offers weekly lawn cutting. I also love that you can do everything by using their app. You can take a break from service. Order additional services, email your Pro, etc. I emailed the Pro to ask if he could cut my father's lawn slightly shorter the next time and he responded via the app and he did just that. My father loves that he doesn't have to push the mower anymore and likes the Pro which means I like him too!

My Pro is the best. He does excellent work and I can always count on him. Thank you Jonatan!
