Reviews of local pros in Silver Spring, Maryland

Used Capitol Chimney Service for inspection and cleaning. They were outstanding, reliable and easy to work with. They showed me what needed to be repaired in the fireplace and chimney, ordered parts, and scheduled service quickly. Their Office staff and workers were all polite and respectful. The repairs were not minor but it was the first work we needed in 35 years! They handled it extremely well, ensuring everything was done accurately. We had a tiny issue at the end and they resolved it cheerfully and immediately. I’ll be doing business with them and recommending to neighbors!

Great work and reasonably priced. Inspection and cleaning was $189. Compared to other companies, who are asking for $350! I was pleased with the pricing and service. Roger was great and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. We will be using them again this Spring for additional work.

Absolutely incredible! I was blown away with how clean and tidy everything is! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!!

It is very refreshing to come home to a well-cleaned house. The rooms were nice arranged with surfaces in which I can see my reflection! The team arrives on time, are very polite, and very efficient in their work.

I have been using Maid4you cleaning services for several years and I can’t say enough about them, they are very professional, reliable and very responsive. In the rare occasions that they missed something, after calling or pointing it out to them they were quick to take care of it. I would highly recommend their services

They’ve cleaned for us for years and have been fantastic! Their attention to detail is beyond compare and we really appreciate the fact that they take the time to move furniture and items around to clean instead of just cleaning around them.
