I had an amazing experience with Apex Roofing and Construction. Tom, the owner was very knowledgeable, courtesy and precise with his assessment of my roofing issues. He didn’t just speak the construction lingo but took the time to explain to my level of understanding. I received multiple estimates, but Toms pricing was more reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking roof repairs and construction!

Apex Roofing and Construction has done several roofs in my community. Working with them was a great experience! Tom and his team we were professional from start to finish. From the moment Tom came to examine our storm-damaged roof, to the questions he answered quickly and thoroughly by email, to the fine professionals who replaced our roof - everyone was absolutely top-notch. The work was performed on time and on budget, which was a tremendous relief! Tom worked within our insurance company's estimate and provided additional labor/support on improvements we wanted to make. We absolutely felt like a valued customer and can't recommend them enough to our friends and neighbors! We love our new roof!

My experience with Apex Roofing and Construction was amazing from start to finish. Tom came out and did the quote himself. He was responsive throughout the process of ordering a skylight, and was so patient and helpful when answering my questions. The Apex crew consistently arrived on time and completed the work earlier than I anticipated. I would also love to mention that Tom stopped by after the work was completed to ensure everything was done accordingly and with high quality. Truly a great experience!

Tom did a great job explaining the materials options I had for my low slope roof. He was a straightforward professional and effective communicator throughout the entire project. We ran into some weather issues when the scheduled repair date came along, but Tom was able to get me rescheduled for the same week. The crew was on-time and did excellent work, paying extra attention to the chimney flashing where I had a leak. After several heavy rains everything is still dry. No mess left behind after the work was completed, and Tom provided some nice drone shots of the project afterward. Very satisfied and will be recommending Apex to anyone who needs roofing work.

Tom was great to work with, and he impressed us as trustworthy and professional throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule a couple times and work around bad weather, but Tom made that easy and was always very responsive to our questions and requests along the way. The crew worked fast and and efficiently and cleaned up the surrounding well when the job was complete. Overall, it was a well done job for a fair price and without the any pressure or surprises.

My mom is so happy with her new roof! From the initial meeting/walkthrough throughout instillation and even clean-up the team was efficient, friendly and did a fabulous job. A massive tree 100+ year old tree fell on my house during a storm and split the top floor in half! :( Other companies came and gave jacked up prices and said they couldn't start for several weeks to months. Working with Apex was a very easy process. I was provided an estimate very quickly via email. The owner intentionally told me that he would not pressure me into signing a contract while the other roofing companies gave me an entire pitch and then pressured me to sign. They really made this process easy and the roof looks terrific. Even the insurance agent couldn't believe how quickly they finished the work. I am extremely pleased!

Our 20+ year-old roof was damaged in a storm in October 2022, leading to water damage in our master bedroom. Our skylight was also damaged. Once we had our solar panels de-installed, Apex came and installed a new roof with HOA-approved shingles and a new skylight in one day. They also replaced rotted wood on the front of our house with PVC painted to match the HOA-approved color. The Apex crew was professional and cleaned afterwards, and our representative Tom Bahrami followed up to inspect the final results. We are impressed by both the Owens Corning 20-year warranty on the shingles, and by Apex's 10-year warranty on their work. Overall we are very satisfied with our repairs, and we recommend Apex highly for your home roofing and construction needs.

I had a great experience with Apex Roofing and Construction. Tom worked well communicating with myself and my insurance to replace my full roof. Explained the details of the work needed in a clear manner. Price was very reasonable. When work was scheduled, the crew was on time and very efficient. Constantly working on the roof throughout the day to get it done. Very hard working crew. Cleaned up my yard and neighbor's yards. Happy I chose them for the job.

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and met with Darien in early January to contract on going snow removal for my home in Silver Spring for the winter. He agreed to pre-treat the drive and walk way with salt and snow clearing every 2-3 inches. Everything seemed to be in order in advance of the storm this weekend.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any pre-treatment. On Sunday morning, I texted to confirm if he was still able to clear the snow at my house. He responded with "ok i got u." And I never heard from him again. He (nor did someone on his crew) never showed up to clear at any point yesterday or today. I texted again today to ask if he would be able to come out today, and I received no answer. I texted to ask if would let me know either way, so I could make other arrangements and I received no reply. I called his mobile. He picked up. When I said who I was and asked if he was still able to clear the snow at my house. He said something inaudible and hung up on me. This service is no service at all. Unreliable, unprofessional, and discourteous. In the end, I had to find somebody else to clear the snow. I never heard from him and I am still baffled as to why.

I was impressed with their customer service and follow up. I reached for a quote for my home and my husband office building. They came out the same day and walked me through what services they would be providing. They did a great job pretreating and cleaning all sidewalks. My husband was so impressed that he recommended them for two other jobs for some of his employees. Thank you.... Grayline Service for such great service....

This is a very professional operation-the beautiful result is a piece of art. It’s a total rework and a long term fix for our yard. Knowing what something will look like in 5 years takes both experience and knowledge. Mark Willcher has both.

Mark is a incredible landscape architect whose team executes meticulously. He is also a very good problem solver, who fixed a drainage issue we once had with a clever design of a portico. We have worked with him for more than 30 years. I highly recommend him.

Amazing - exactly what I asked done, - remove encroaching limbs, pruning, hedge trimming, cleaned up throughout, very friendly, respectful of property, fast WELL DONE!!
