I was helping out at my daughter's house in Oxon Hill, MD for a couple weeks as my daughter and her husband had traveled. Their sink had not been draining water for a long time and they had been using the garbage disposal to drain the water. So, a week after I was there, the faucet started leaking so bad and the garbage disposal stopped working. My son in-law contacted Aqua Plus Plumbing --from California where he was and they sent out a gentlemen named Jack. I had a very good experience with him. First of all, he arrived on time. Secondly, he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the work. Unfortunately, after over two hours of hard work, he was unable to unclog the pipes. I remember that there was another company that came to repair that sink before and they could not do it either. So, Jack explained to us (my son in-law who was on FaceTime Video and I) in a very understandable way the problem and the best way to fix it and how much it will cost. He was very honest and everything he said made a lot of sense. He went even far and educated us about the problem by showing us pictures from the internet. He then took care of leak and charged us just for the labor. I am pretty sure that my son in-law will use again Aqua Plus Plumbing to get that problem fixed as soon as he gets the needed money.

Jack was very professional about doing his job. When he complete the job , he walked me through what was wrong with the toilet and I like his personality , he seems very nice person, if i have any problems in the future, I rather have Mr. Jack to come back to my home. Thank you so much for your service. PS. he is a very nice person to talk to.

Jack was EXCELLENT. He explained everything to me was very polite and cleaned up behind himself. He really did a great job. I will definitely suggest that my landlord use them in the future.

Contacted AHS and they sent Aqua Plus Plumbing and the service provider, Jack was outstanding. He was attentive and answered all of my questions. He fixed my toilet and checked my sump pump. I would highly recommend Jack and Aqua Plus every time!

My garbage disposal started leaking and my warranty company sent out this company to fix it. Jack immediately diagnosed the problem and was up front about the horsepower and coverage. Jack, the plumber, was amazing! I called Home Serve at 8:45AM - Jack called back at 9AM and arrived at my home at 10:15, accessed the problem, repaired it and was out within 30 minutes.
