I have tried to make an appointment for weeks, and every time I call they tell me to call back at different times of the day which has been very inconvenient. Once i finally nailed down an appointment, I was stood up, and was told they would contact me to reschedule, which they never did. Never had such a hard time trying to give my business to a company. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

I called Joseph and Simpson on Wednesday 6/13/2018 about a water heater pilot issue letting them know it was an emergency and was told that they would send a technician to come by Friday 6/15/2018. After calling off from work, they did not show. They called and said they were dealing with an “emergency” and would be coming by Saturday. Today, not only have they not shown up during their scheduled hours, their phones are off and they are unresponsive. We have no contact to their office after they told us to expect a technician today. I cannot believe this is the type of service a company provides. If you can’t do the job, don’t say you can!

I used them back in late December and they were very quick, responsive, curtious, and most important , they were very honest. From now on, I will call Simpson and Son plumbing before I call my home warranty company for a plumbing issue.

This is a small family owned business that started back in the 1930’s which is very impressive that it is still around. This company has done high quality work for reasonable prices that can’t be beat. I would high recommend this plumbing company for your future plumbing and home improvement needs.
