Professional service and high quality work. Mike came for the home energy assessment, and Manny and his team later on for work I hired them to do (seal air ducts, and install a bathroom exhaust fan). I was pleased beginning to end. They both went out of their way to make sure everything got done correctly and came back when necessary to finish things off, and were very prompt to do so. They had a four person crew for the day’s work, and things went by really well. Very clean even though there was some “dirty” work in the bathroom. Also, when I called the main office, the response and help I got was top notch. Overall, good company and definitely recommended.

Let me start by saying I am a nightmare for most customer service professionals. I'm an actual miser and can count on one finger the times I've actually been happy with some kind of home service that's been provided.

From start to finish, Mike and Manny and the rest of the team at Zerodraft have been an absolute joy to work with. From the respect they treated the interior of our home with, to the actual work completed, they were kind, they listened and they responded to every inane question I had in a very timely manner. The work was originally scheduled for 3 months down the road, but when they said they'd call in case of any cancellations, they actually did, and I was able to get the work completed far sooner than I was originally told.

Also, despite being located outside their usual area for business, they made it work, and showed up exactly when they said they would for 3 days in a row. I don't remember the last time someone actually showed up on time and completed the work in the amount of time they said they would. I'm truly blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine kindness these folks showed. I very highly recommend the ZeroDraft team for all your home energy conservation needs.

ZeroDraft Maryland replaced the insolation in my attic and added an automatic switch to my bathroom fans for additional air circulation and did a wonderful job. They were polite and efficient. My questions were answered so I could understand everything that was going on. I was told that this work would improve the energy effency of my home and once done and tested their work actually exceed anticipated specs for heating and cooling. Bravo to Zerodraft and their wonderful crew of technicians. I highly reccommend their company. This work was worth every penny.

We haven't gotten a chance to meet yet with the ZeroDraft staff to review our final audit, but I did want to say that the audit experience was well worth it. I was fortunate in a way to have Henry teaching a new staff person how to do the audit. This allowed me to hear the process out loud without having to ask too many questions.

They were very professional and cleaned up where ever they went. Henry explained the initial findings and we reviewed a safety issue he found with our water heater venting installation.

We are looking forward to the final audit review and will post more information after that.

Zerodraft has done a fantastic job on several projects at our house: an energy audit, rim joist insulation in our basement and crawl space insulation in our upstairs. I’ve had two energy audits from Zerodraft, a few years apart, and they have both been absolutely excellent. I worked with Mike Havrilla and he was responsive, professional and super easy to work with. I was able to take advantage of some amazing BGE rebates and got a hybrid water heater installed. The installation was quick, easy and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended.

We hired ZeroDraft of Maryland to do the BGE energy audit. From the beginning our contact Mike was super responsive and took the time to make sure we understood what the program was and the potential benefits. After the audit, we decided to move forward with ZeroDraft for a number of improvements - mostly around duct sealing, improved insulation in our attic, HVAC upgrades, and ventilation. Our Project Manager (for the Improvement actual work) Manny was awesome. The whole crew was really friendly, cautious with COVID precautions, and best of all cleaned up after themselves so well (which I find not all contractors do, so this was a big bonus). I would definitely recommend ZeroDraft of Maryland.

I had few services completed by Zerodraft today. They completed the attic seal package (highly recommend), topped off insulation in the attic, installed new bathroom exhaust fans, and ensured the bathroom exhaust fans are properly ventilated outside (previously ventilating in the attic). From the initial estimate and throughout project execution, Zerodraft was very professional and overall did great work. They provide very competitive pricing as I also utilized them at my mother's home. I would recommend Zerodraft for home improvement services.
*The bathrooms fans that were installed are noisier than what I previously had and expected but I went from 80 CFM to 110 CFM. The fans were installed correctly however I read online, the noise/rattle that I hear is a rattle from back draft damper.

ZeroDraft install brand new installation in our attic to make our home more efficient... they not only met the goal but exceeded it! We also has bathroom ceiling fans replaced to help remove humidity. They were professional at all times while also being sensitive to the current situation - masks were always on appropriately distanced. They were not only punctual but usually early! Great experience, would definitely recommend!

Working with Zerodraft was an excellent experience from start to finish! Mike completed the initial audit on my home to provide me with recommendations for making it more energy efficient and comfortable (lighting, water regulation, radiant barrier and insulation in the attic, replacement of my AC and furnace with high efficiency units, bathroom exhaust fan) and saw the project through to completion. Mike and his team were responsive, professional, and made sure that I comprehended all aspects of the changes to my home.

My wife and I are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work performed by Zerodraft. From the initial BGE home energy assessment to the installation of our attic insulation and air sealing, it has been a great experience. They were on time every day, laid down floor/furniture covering where they were working, and cleaned up any mess made before they left for the day. They were even nice enough to give our 7 month old time to finish her nap before the final test-out and gave us a heads up where they would be working throughout the day so she could nap furthest away from any noise. I recently completed a complex rehab of a historic mixed-use (multifamily/commercial property). After a false start with another energy advisor that led to a dead end, I was referred to Zerodraft. Kurt, Mike and the Zerodraft team understood what I needed and provided the energy engineering for three different state and utility grant and loan programs, and they also did some of the air sealing work to seal up my old, leaky building. They helped me cut through a lot of program red tape and come up with more grant funding than I was initially expecting.

Team from Zerodraft were very informative and the audit process was very painless. It was great using their digital proposal tool to pick and choose which options we wanted to proceed with. We found better pricing on the ventilation fan and they were very willing to install the fan I bought which was great. The insulation work was done very quickly and so far the house feels great. They noticed I had a hole in my ceiling drywall from a previous project and offered to patch it for me for a very minimal fee which was very convenient. Overall great experience.

We had the energy audit performed then the improvements installed by Zerodraft. The entire experience was absolutely excellent. The employees who came to our home were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable (they explained exactly what they were doing and then the results as I stood around, probably in the way). The install crew was fantastic, they got the job done quick and left no mess. I also was able to interact with their home office staff who were outgoing and helpful.

In short, I’ve already directed a couple of friends/coworkers to Zerodraft which is something I generally don’t do but I felt like they actually had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.

Keeping an Energy Star Score of 75 or higher has been a priority for my community .
