I contracted Detailz Construction to repoint the brick front of my rowhouse. The team did an amazing job especially with the decorative cornice at the top which wasn’t a flat profile. In addition they responded to a quote and finished the work promptly. Extremely professional company and would be highly recommended for any masonry work.

I contracted to have new concrete in my driveway, as well as having it widened, and portions of my crumbly sidewalks and one walkway to my house completely redone. Ilan estimated they would pour concrete after 5 days, but the work was completed - in total - after 3 days. Mardo and his crew were professional, timely, and excellent in their craft. I am extremely satisfied with the work that Details Construction Corp provided!

We recently had Detailz do a rather substantial renovation (re-did bathroom, did some demo on our first floor and put in a new ceiling and electric and refinished floors) and I can't say enough good things about working with Mike and Ilan. From the beginning they were extremely thorough, professional and easy to deal with. We were working with a tight time frame and they accommodated our schedule. Everything was organized and they gave us periodic updates on completion time. One of the most impressive things to me was before they started they sent us a day by day timeline of the work, and in the end only went over that timeline by one day, which wasn't their fault, because our ceiling ended up being trickier to pull down. I was pleasantly surprised, as my prior experience with construction and contractors is take the time they give you and tack on at least a week or two. The work was all done beautifully, and we also loved the foreman on our job, Rich, who did a great job answering questions and working long and hard to get everything done. I absolutely recommend Detailz, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The Detailz crew is excellent! They poured a foundation for a city rowhome addition, which involved doing some patch work to compensate for poor work done by a previous contractor.

Detailz was very attentive to our needs. Ilan was a great coordinator. He always listened to what we wanted and was willing to problem-solve with us to find solutions that we were happy with. The workers were very courteous to us and were eager for us to see the good work they were doing. They were very patient, very cooperative, and very sensitive to all of our needs and requirements.

And the work itself is excellent! They poured us a solid foundation and kept our home, property, loved ones all safe during the work. We're very happy with Detailz and happily recommend them!

Ilan and Mike were very professional and on time. Their estimates were very detailed and competitive. Even when they started the job in January, the workers would be on time and work until late in the day. The quality of the work was very good. Any issues with the project were corrected in a timely manner. We are very pleased with our project which included a 3 car drive-way, retaining wall, 2 fences, bluestone patio, regrading of the backyard, repointing of front steps and front brick walkway.

We had a very positive experience with Detailz Construction. We had our brickwork repointed and our backyard cemented to deal with water leakage and are very pleased with the results. They were very receptive and easy to work with and the job was done a little ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend them.

I found this company online and after reading the reviews decided to have them quote my job, a 41' x 18' foot pad in my barn and 5 footers for a future deck. They were my second quote. I was impressed with Ilan and his knowledge from the first time I met him. His price was more than fair and very competitive and I switch to Detailz as my first choice. Mike and his team helped demo an old failing retaining wall and install a new concrete block wall in our backyard complete with an improved drainage system and accompanying staircase. From our initial meeting on Mike was extremely responsive and I was pleased with the team’s willingness to listen to our feedback throughout the construction project. Mike was transparent with any cost changes and visited the site multiple times to explain the pros/cons of various upgrades. I would recommend Detailz for any construction project you’re considering at your home or business.

Awesome customer service!! We contacted Detailz to seal in a spot where a window would be removed, they had us send pictures and measurements. Our project turned out to be too small of a job for them to take 😢. However, after dealing with multiple companies the customer service of Detailz was superior compared to the others, so we just wanted to drop a quick review. Sucks this job is too small for them, but we definitely have saved their information for any larger jobs that come up.

I needed work done on my foundation. My house is 100 years old. After doing a ton of research, I found Detailz Corp. Mike came out right away to complete an estimate. He was reasonably priced and his crew started the project within 2 weeks. They fixed and parged the outside of my foundation and did an amazing job! I highly recommended this business. They are a great business to work with. If I ever need concrete work again, I know who I will be calling!

Detailz Construction Corporation deserves an A+ for professionalism, workmanship, competitive price and kindness. I was impressed from the first time I made contact with Mr. Goldberg. He was always accessible and put the ball in motion for exterior work. Mike gave me an estimate to powerwash my house and patio. The patio also needed to be re-sanded. Mike showed me the top-notch polymeric sand that would be used.The project required time and skill and I was not disappointed.The appointment was set up quickly for a two day job. James showed up on time and he is what I call a true gentleman. In addition, he is an industrious worker and he made my stone patio look brand new! It is stunningly beautiful. He treated the jobs as if he were working on his own home.

We had a great experience with Detailz. I had previously spoken with 2 other contractors about having our driveway replaced, but when it came time to sign a contract and schedule the work, they disappeared. So I was frantically looking for someone else when we found Detailz.

From placing the first phone call to having our new driveway replaced, it took 13 days. Mike came out to give us a quote right away so we could take advantage of their winter pricing, and within days of signing the contract, they started work. The crew was on-time, respectful, and did a great job!

Mike sent me progress pictures so we could see how things were going, and he always kept me up-to-date on anything that may be a problem. When one of those problems came to a head, he clearly explained what our options were.

The pricing also came in at less the previous contractors (even, in one case, for more work) but that might have been the winter discount– but I'm not complaining, because Mike expedited the process to make sure we could take advantage of it!

Overall, we're very happy with our experience with Detailz and Mike in particular. We will certainly keep them in mind for future needs and recommend them to anyone needing a concrete contractor.

I recently brought Detailz Construction Corporation in to replace and repoint failing bluestone walkways, brick borders, and bluestone steps at my parents' home. They were not only thrilled with the final product but also raved about the experience. Idan and Mike checked up on progress and let my parents know what was going on during each step of the work and asked their opinion on things. Their crew worked efficiently and will skill and were able to completely transform the bluestone walkways, brick borders, and stairs to look like new.

The folks at Detailz built a very high quality concrete and stone retaining wall at my residence. The important part of the project was for it to not just function of the wall, but for it to fit the landscaping and overall look of my property. The design was created to fit the surroundings and enhance the overall look of the property, Installation and terms of the the job went well as expected. I would highly recommend if you want something nice and still reasonably priced.

After buying a rowhouse in Baltimore, my wife and I solicited quotes from four different companies for masonry work on the front and back of house as well as unfinished basement. Ilan was very responsive and informative, and we found his prices to be the most competitive. As the project progressed, we decided to make changes to the project such as stucco for the back of the house, parging the basement steps, and brick window sills. Ilan was very accommodating with all of our changes and provided reasonable pricing. We feel that the quality of the work was very good and have received a number of compliments already.
