Constraction reviews in Towson, Maryland

The guys did a great job! I was super impressed with the clean up. I was a bit worried as stucco is a messy job but they got it done. Even washed down my trash cans! Stucco looks beautiful!!

Detailz Construction created a private urban oasis that matches the aesthetic of our renovated 1875 townhome. The team was professional and walked us through every step of the design and construction process. We are very happy with our quiet little courtyard.

Detailz Construction was great!! I'd seen a few recommendations for them and reached out because I needed to have a driveway put in next to my house from scratch, and wanted to make sure it was fully permitted and done right.

Ilan from Detailz got back to me and said they'd come out and take a look. They weren't 100% sure they could get me through permitting with the size of my lot, but said they would try, and quoted me a fair price for the job.

They stayed on top of the permitting process from start to finish, followed up with the city continuously to keep things going, and did a fantastic job with the actual construction and pouring itself.

Ilan kept me informed of everything going on with regards to timeline, what was happening each day, and what the status was at the end of each day. The crew completely cleaned everything up after they were done, nothing left behind at all.

I'm thrilled with my new driveway and very much appreciate Ilan and Detailz taking on my small project and being so diligent with it. You'll be in good hands with them, can't recommend them enough!

I worked with Ilan to address some structural concerns I had with a Baltimore row home that was built in the 1800s. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive while going through the quoting process. He generated a reasonable price that coupled with his knowledge on historic homes made for a very easy decision. His team came out and within a week had completed the formstone removal and brick repointing. Ilan and his team were very responsive to my and my neighbors concerns over the worksite cleanliness and worked promptly to address issues when identified. Excellent quality, communication and professionalism displayed throughout the full process. I would absolutely retain and use Detailz again for any other masonry projects that I come across.

Detailz Construction does excellent work for a reasonable price. Mike will take the time to explain the process from start to finish. He also makes good recommendations as to what materials and designs will work best for your home. The job was completed quickly and without issue. The team is very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend this company. With this in mind, I plan to use Detailz Construction for some of my other masonry projects around the house in the future.

We hired Deatilz to lay a patio in our backyard as well as install and bury drainage in our yard. We had a lot of issues with standing water under our porch. The team did an incredible job solving our drainage issues and grading the patio to prevent standing water. The patio turned out even better than we could have imagined and are soo happy we went with detailz! Mike was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I can’t recommend this company enough!!

I had an outstanding experience from Detailz Construction Company. From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented.
Mike was fantastic at walking me through everything. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and he made sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Hired Detailz to redo several exterior concrete stairways that were in poor shape. Couldn't recommend them enough. Communication was great, the crew was friendly, cleaned up well and the work was fantastic. Pricing was totally reasonable and happy to give these guys a 5 star review. Hard to find good masonry and hardscaping help in the area - would recommend them to anyone.
